Maybe its just me but lately browsing through the skyrim nexus categories has become a massive pain and its simply due to there being so many copies of the same mods being posted just in different languages. Almost any semi-decent mod is being taken and re-posted around 6 times in different languages its cluttering up the nexus really badly. It would be nice to see maybe a different languages section for these to be moved to, or if the community could at least please slow down on making these, its so fustrating when your trying to keep an eye out for interesting new mods, and you get returned with 2 full pages of the same mod spammed in different languages.

So with all these cool female armors popping up I had an idea for a male one that could look quiet cool Pic of Armor

Pretty difficult request / idea, would likely need a lot of new animations and etc. But basically a vampire orientated combat mode, such as fighting with claws (Not fists, claws) similar to werewolf form, vampire kill moves such as a neck bite / rip perhaps something taken from the already existing feeding animation, a lot of these could be ripped from the werewolf I believe. Oh and a new array of powers would be cool too, one thing I'd love to see is the Vampire Lord form that Bethesda showed on their video.

Hi guys, so basically I have this idea for a mod or a set of mods that I would love to see, however, im crap at modding, Ive tried to learn but it seems out of my reach right now, anyway I know requesting something like this is a long shot, but thanks in advance for anyone who takes the time to look. Alright so on to the mod, the basic theme of the mod that I had in mind, is basically an alternate version to the main story, Im not requesting a change or alteration of the main story, but something along side it perhaps. What I love about Skyrim is the fact you can practically do anything, you have freedom, and thats what makes it such a great game, yet at the same time, the lack of a clear morality choice in most situations, or the freedom to pick who you want to side with kinda irks me. I always had this thought after finishing the main quest, Why could you side with Alduin or the other dragons? Yes I know that he regards you as lesser/ hates all mortals etc. etc. But your the dragonborn, even though some prophecy somewhere says you are a hero, in a world as dark as the one Skyrim is set it, I really think corruption or being a bit carried away with your power is not out of the question. What if joined Alduin instead of fighting against him? Like the dragon-priests of old. What if he accepted you? And granted you an even greater power than you already have? What if you became so powerful you could absorb Alduin himself. The story behind this would obviously need some work, but onwards to the individual mods themselves. Armor: While I know dragon scale / dragon bone armor exists in-game Im really not a fan of either, they seem way too 'dragon hunter' to me (And yes I am aware thats pretty much what you do) while with my idea for these set of mods is to be more draconic / dragon friendly. My first idea for a set of armor would be one forged out of metal rather than dragon parts, not a reskin of the existing dragon armors, but one that would be much more draconic, more-so similar to the daedric set, perhaps something fashioned with wing like shoulder-pieces or dragon-head like helms. My second idea for an armor piece was one based on more of a 'skin' based transformation of sorts. By that I mean a set of armor / weapons that are part of the dragonborns body rather than armor he can take on and off (Though for technical aspects they would be just armor pieces), The final look of this would be something of a human-dragon hybrid, with weapons being fist like claws, I am NOT suggesting a dragon-furry type thing, more so like a hybrid between dragon and human, great examples of something like this are Deathwing and Alexstraza's human forms in World of Warcraft, though of course for Skyrim it would perhaps be themed towards Alduin or other dragons. This one would perhaps be the hardest to do. Weapons: Weapon ideas I had were not anything too extravagant just more so draconic themed weapons, or better to say really dragon lord themed weapons, elvish weapons in generic fantasy settings are a good inspiration for this just a bit more dragony, with the addition of things like wing-hilts or designs. Another weapon idea I had which was mentioned in the armor section was dragon fists / claws, which would basically be fist weapons, dovakhin's hands transformed in to draconic claws. (Although most likely not possible, the added animation of the werewolves claw attacks would make this really sweet.) Abilities: I think when it comes to abilities Bethesda has actually given us a great variety and most of which are actually pretty draconic, from summoning a dragon to summoning a storm, a few additions which I would like to see to make the addition to these 'Dragonlord Mods' would be things such as Dragon Riding, more stable dragon allies, hatchling summoning (Im aware midas magic has this but I was thinking of a hatchling smaller in size and greater in number, and while I cringe to say it, dragon-transformation, I know there is a rather buggy mod out there that does this, and I say cringe because I was more aiming the theme of these mods to be half-dragon hybrid rather than just a full on dragon shapeshift, still would be nice to see. Quests: My main idea for a quest was a way to get all of the above goodies, and my two ways of doing this, would have been either an alliance with Alduin, being gifted by him with new powers, affinity and well general awesomeness, or, absorbing Alduin's essence somehow, taking in a large portion of his power. Anyway as I said thanks for taking the time to read, if any modder wants to have a go at any of this stuff or change anything at all feel free, just throwing an idea out there!

LE Brutal Revenge / Fatality on Imperial Captain mod.
leoxastaroth posted a topic in Skyrim's Mod Ideas
I have never ever, hated a virtual character NPC as much as I hate the imperial woman who condemns you to the block at the start, seriously it just ticks me off so sooo badly, so arrogant, evil and ugh, anyway, I realise that if you go with stormcloak guy you can kill her, but, it is a rather, empty, unimpressive kill. Would love a mod that executes some brutal finishing move on her, even more brutal than the normal ones in game, now that would be a satisfying way to start your adventure. -
Get off the forums troll. Thanks.

So I want to do a play through as a pure mage character but I really cant stand the horrific and uncomplete looking robes in game, only the hooded robes seem slightly good, but well, they are just not my style. Anyway, does anyone know how to get the Greybeard's robes and hood on your character? I know that if you add them via they console, they wont appear in your inventory, I read somewhere that you need a command to equip them, though I have had no luck finding the command. In short, can anyone possibly come up with a way to get / equip these robes? or possibly create a mod to do so? Much appreciated.

Where has it gone? :/ I have scoured the net for this mod and cannot find it anywhere

That's a rather shame to hear, I wish (Since no modders seem up to the challange) that at least Bioware would expand on it themselves, or at least improve it in Dragon Age 2, though sadly from what I have seen on the wiki thats not the case, it will again be a very few basic abilities with the blood magic toggle (Using health instead of mana) being the only real gameplay changer, its really dissapointing to be honest, Blood Mage is Dragon Age's equivilant to every RPG's darker class (Like for example, Warlocks, Necromancer etc.). But I guess it was a bit foolish to think we would have gotten abilites along the lines of what were shown in the trailer (Talking about Hawke summoning those demonic arms).

Ever since I first played DA:O Blood Magic has been my faveourite thing in the lore, the way its talked about, feared and its potential for dark terrible powers, and I was only too glad to find out as a warden you could also dabble within the arts, sadly though having 4 spells at your command doesnt seem...well really blood magey to me, anyway I had a look around to see if anyone had taken the intiative to expand on this lore-rich class, was a bit dissapointed as I only managed to find 2 mods, The Bloodworks of course (With sadly the blood enthrall spell not working) and expanded blood magic which is basically just summoning the 4 main demons of the campaign (Rage, Ash, Desire and Pride). But anyway yes, I was wondering what everyone else's opinion on the class was and if they knew of any other projects and mods that expanded on it.

Hi all, I recently returned to playing Dragon Age origins after about 6 months, I recall that at the time there was a rather awesome mod out there for those who played a blood mage class called Ancient Blood Magic, from what I recall it had quiete a lot of nice nifty additions to the blood mage class (Things like AoE, demon summoning, and even like a soul-reaping system), I have searched for hours online for this mod without having found a single trace, all I found was an extremly old version of it, with barely 2 spells, and none of the things I had last time. In short if anyone could point me in a direction to get a copy of this mod I would be very gratefull, and if not my other request would be any other mod that has some nice additions to the blood mage class (Not including Bloodworks I already tried that). Thanks all.
