  1. Well still cant fix the problem. I found a semi-pernament solution, to simply use the "kill" console command, but i dont want to have to save every 10 seconds i am in a dungeon, and fear that one of those things will pop-up behind me and paralyze me again.
  2. Okay, so i tired reinstalling MMM, this time i installed it through OBMM, rather than manually. I than reloaded my savegame with the ghostly apparition and the same problem still occurs. This is a little frustrating since i cannot do KoTN questline or go to any dungeon with ghostly apparitions....
  3. Well, when i heard about the FCOM convergence i thought "I must have it!". After 3 unsuccessful installations i gave up, and decided to settle for OOO + MMM. I did my research and i think i installed everything properly. This is the step-by-step process of what i did. I started with a clean install, followed by SI, KoTN and the SI patch (SHIVERING ISLES PATCH v1.2.0416 ). I then installed 1.33 OOO and patched it up with 1.34 beta 5. Then i proceeded to installing MMM 3.7 beta 3 (followed all the instructions. Extracted the "bsa" file into oblivion/data and took all the necessary .esp files from the .7zip file + add-ons. Used the BOSS and obmm to figure out and sort the load order. THE PROBLEM: about once every 20-30 minutes the game crashes. I do not know why i haven't noticed any environmental similarities prior to the crash. If i had made a save shortly before the crash, the file becomes corrupted. But this is not the real problem. I do not mind occasional crashed once in a while, they are usually expected when you combine different mods + upgrades. The real problem i am experiencing, and it may be tied in with the crashes is that the "Ghost Apparitions", when they pass through me, paralyze me indefinitely. The spell timer runs out in about 2.5 hours after being paralyzed, but the effect does not disappear, no matter how much i wait. This is clearly a problem with the MMM but i do not know how to fix it. My load order is as follows: Oblivion.esm Oscuro's_Oblivion_Overhaul.esm . I have been trying to play this amazing game for so long (this is my third day of installations. I literally spent the majority of yesterday and the day before trying to get FCOM to work) and it is very frustrating that i still cant enjoy it.
