After downloading the bypass mentioned above, it was working again, continued working after I added mods and tested each one.I tried verifying files on steam after reading the bullet point on the link I was given, still got naked characters. As I mentioned, I think, I backed up my saves before doing a complete uninstall of Fallout 3 and all my mods, but when I reinstalled, there were a couple mods that I did not reinstall. Those mods are Improved Sound FX v1_3, Below The Depths - Sea Overhaul, Realistic HDR Lighting, Dustworth - Classy Eyebot Follower (FO3), RobCo Certified, Sleep in Megatons Common House, CASM, FWE - FO3 Wanderers Edition, Wearable Backpack - BlackWolf Backpack - Modder Resource, FO3 Flora Overhaul Dead edition, The Apartment on New York Avenue, UIO - User Interface Organizer, Color Hi-Detailed map and icons and the no white pipboy color fix for it, and Pilgrim Island. I also just started a new game and visited a few places that had characters that were missing their clothes, and they had them on again, so it doesnt appear that the issue is the cfiles for the clothes are missing, the characters in my saves just arent wearing them, i even killed one of the scribes just to see if his robes werent equipped, and he didnt even have them on him. Im sorry about the long wall of text here, I just went through the link given to me and answered each question to the best of my abilities. I hope this can help someone figure out what the issue is, cause I really dont wanna deal with a bunch of NPC's running around in their underwear for the rest of my playthrough.

A while back I somehow messed up Fallout 3 to the point where it wouldn't even get to the main menu without crashing, so I did a complete uninstall of it and all mods, keeping only my saves. I've spent the last two days reinstalling it, all my mods, and making sure they all work together. For the most part they do, but now a bunch of characters are now naked, including all rivet city guards, Mother Maya, some caravanners, their guards, Colin Moriarty, and probably more that I haven't seen. I have no idea what caused this, I didn't have any armor retextures and the only armor mod I had installed was Scavanger Armors (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/10228) which, as far as I know, doesn't change the armors of any characters, just adds a location that sells a whole bunch of armor, none of which are in leveled lists. If anyone knows of a way to fix this, I'd really appreciate it. Edit: Found more characters its affecting! Now Bannon, Harkness, Angela Staley, and all Brotherhood scribes, named and otherwise, are running around in nothing but their underwear.

I was trying to get Just Assorted Mods to work when I noticed that the files for Johnny Guitar NVSE and JIP NVSE were both chilling in the FNV folder rather than the NVSE plugins folder, so I moved them there. I started up new vegas, loaded in, checked the mcm and Just Mods was there, and was working, as I confirmed after shooting someone and seeing a hit marker pop up. So Im like okay cool, and try to move, and thats when the game froze and played a loud buzzing sound. When I let go of the w key it un froze and the sound stopped. It does this no matter what movement key I press, and it doesn't happen when auto walking. I tried playing it with just mods disabled, through launching the game via the regular launcher, with all mods disabled and through the regular launcher, and the problem still persists. Idk if its an issue with my mods or the game itself, and I have no clue how to fix it. If anyone knows how to fix it, help would be appreciated. Thank you. EDIT: I have made a discovery! I can stop it from happening simply by tapping a different directional button. So, like, if Im holding down w, the game does the thing, but once I hit a, s, or d, it stops, and I can keep moving, unbothered. As soon as I stop and try to move again it happens again, and I can just tap another direction button and keep moving. While this is a relief and I can deal with it for now, I dont want to have to keep doing it this way and would still appreciate it if I could find a complete fix for this. Whenever I try to use MWSE to launch Morrowind, I get as far as the main Menu. Then once I get to the main menu, I click either load or new, and the game crashes. MWSE.exe and MWSE.dll are in the same folder as the game itself, and the game is in the Program Files. I think the only mod I have that uses MWSE is The Bare Necessities.

I have both Main files from the original Kelsey COmpanion mod, along with some of the extras, and I used the NMM to install it.

So, i downloaded the Kelsey follower mod, and go to the Rivet City Market to get her. The problem is that when I get to her all I see is a huge purple blob and her bald floating head. I will try to attach a screenshot of it so you guiss can see what I'm talking about. Can someone tell me what this is, and how I can fix it? Thanks

I used FNVEdit and it said that I need to change the load order of a mod. "[00:08] Background Loader: Fatal: <Exception: "Voice dissonance fix.esp" requires master "New Vegas Redesigned II.esm" to be loaded before it.>" I have no idea how to fix this. Could someone help me out here?

I tried that, but now the mods I use for armour and hair aren't showing up on my character.

Okay, yesterday I was playing Skyrim and all my saves were present. Today, however, they were not. I know for a fact that I did not delete them, I found them in the My Games folder and even tried moving them to the folder that the game is actually in, under a folder entitle Skyrim. Still didn't work. In short, my files are there, but not showing up when I try to play. The load button is faded on the home screen and I tried everything I could think of to fix this. I need help.
