Well you could make a small area of guys that live in a Rivet city type metro station . Make sure there all Eastern European and well we have Metro 2033 But seriously though I would make a new city but in an alley way that has Traders but the whole city is in metro crossing thing? Does it come up saying Windows is finding a solutuion to this problem if so go into display settings advaned option/settings monitor change the refresh rate higher or lower play around with it hopefully this helps!

Ive found the confederate hats millions of time but confederate armour that would be amazing. I normaly use the dirty chinese jumpsuit but that offers no protection Could someone use that mesh and maybe add some leather armour shoulder pads to another version for more defense? Ideas: Dirty Confederate Jumpsuit/Union Jumpsuit Wasteland Confederate Jumpsuit (modified with shoulder pads or something) / union Union Hat Perk maybe Confederate Blood?
