I have been a long time elder scrolls fan, ever since morrowind. So i was super pumped for skyrim, went to the midnight release and everything. I played it quite a bit up until about 2 weeks after release, then i got busy, and lost interest. So, i'm interested in coming back to skyrim, and i have it completely unmodded. I'm looking for mods to start a whole new character, that have changed the game for the better. I'm up for any sort of recommendations, and a large list or some sort would also be really helpful. i made a custom sword, so i try to put a nif file on it and my only options are the meshes for assassins creed armor/weps mod. How do i find the normal meshes(i want to make it a look like a daedric shortsword) and use the normal meshes on cs.

i downloaded frostmourne sword, but the 7z files in my documents now i can't seem to open it, what do i do?

1st picture looks like assassins creed 2, and yes the moderator is right naked statues isn't exactly needed in oblivion, people have gone far enough with some mods already.

i'm getting oblivion for computer soon i wanna learn how to download/make and use mods and the console thing. i almost fully completed the game on xbox360 so i know a good deal about it. i just want to know what i need to download/make mods for this game.
