I got confused so I went and found the instructions in the file. It says use install-LW-OSX.sh but I don't know what to do at that point. It says the instructions are similar to the linux so I checked there and it said run the install script. How do I do that? Please reply soon. Thank you.

Hello I am a returning xcom player and I am looking forward to playing long war. Unfortunately I don't know how to install it. Any directions I find are confusing and I can't find a video that helps. Can anyone please give me a link to a video that shows how or make one? I would greatly appreciate it.
