  1. You should be able to disable the fancy apostrophes and quotation marks in the Autocorrect Options of your word processor. In Office 2010, this option was identified as "replace straight quotes with smart quotes"; Open Office has similar options for single quotes (') and double quotes ("). This won't make any retroactive changes, but you should be able to use the Find/Replace function to fix existing instances.

  2. So a while back I came across a mod, a city mod, new city, but I can't remember the name. Some details:

Its underground type area with wooden buildings, it had a small player home. It had quests. The city itself was divided into districts, like market, quarters, and one way leading to the older part of town that was abandoned for some reason. I think I was suppose to have books explaining what happened and a way to clear it out.

I remember, I think Gopher or Brodual reviewed it not long ago, but I can't find it anywhere. It not a bit mod I think, and it might have been removed. No dwemer buildings are in the town or around.

I believe you're thinking of Shezrie's Bleakden Town, which is no longer available. Here's a video.
  3. I think you could just make a copy of the texture and remove the legs from it. Duplicate the load screen horse, set up a texture set, and you're done.

Edit: It's a simple solution, but the downside is any horse retextures wouldn't get applied to your horse head.

  4. No, disregard that.

I think the issue may be that those records are part of the cell grid map for a given worldspace, and even if TES5Edit seems to remove them, CK will add them back (or maybe they're never really gone).

TES5Edit is flagging them as ITM because there's no LAND record associated with them; I have no idea if this is intended behavior or not for TES5Edit. However, if you open one of these cells in CK and make any minor landscape edit, it will generate a LAND record and TES5Edit will no longer flag it as ITM (tested).
