Today I've tried the Beta Update... and for me with Homemaker and Higher Settlemets mod installed it worked without doing anything to the installed mods. But just to secure make a backup of your Fallout 4 Folder in Steam -> common apps !

Hi At first an essential thing: Neither my CPU, GPU or RAM are anything near 100 % of load when experienced these problems: Actually I’m on building a skyscraper on Spectacle Island with the Home Extended Mod. The Building is about 20 stories tall and atm equipped with a few furniture, cables, turrets etc. I experience stuttering which is getting even worse when I go on building things. With this issue I can’t finish all the apartments, offices and so on because at some point it will get unplayable because it freezing every 1 second for about 2 seconds. :-‘( I know it is an engine thing but is there any possibilities to fix it in some way? Once more: Both my CPU, GPU or RAM are anything near 100 % of load and the normal gameplay away from my settlement with the skyscraper is smooth as ever. Specs: CPU: i7 4790K GPU: 780TI RAM: 16 GB Hope there is any help because I already spent more than 20 Hours building this piece of S… skyscraper xD (btw: thanks for putting this in the right forum!)
