  1. i kinda get why larian made them into a hole race but at the same time i do not, so would be nice to remove this stupid design decision and put drow back to a subrace of elf, like it should be.
  2. what i mean by this, simply a version to just be available to change their hair and eye color plus available to use the extra tabs like half tiefs, orin nails, so i can for example, put some pretty longer nails to astarion, very fitting for a vampire.

Sorry for the confusing title, english isn't my first lenguage. basically in bg3 you can have a melee set and a ranged set of weapons equipped at the same time and also gather the benefits even if you don't have the other one "equipped" at the time cause you changed it for the situation. welp, the request is mostly cosmetic, when you have both sets filled in the slots, which ever you have equipped will show up and the other one will not, so my request would be a mod that makes it so that regardless of what set you have equiped in each given time, it still shows up and doesn't get hidden, it will look very cool and badass. but larian did it this way because clipping, welp, one, i don't care, most things clip in this game, specially hair on elven ears, two, there are other mods out there, that make weapons that are absurdly equipped on the back, be rightfully and historically accurate be equipped properly on it's rightfully correct side of the hip, so it's a win win for everyone. thanks a lot.
  4. in table top if an enemy has for example 17 armor class (AC) and you roll the dice and just roll 17, you hit because it's the armor class of the enemy. in larian's infinite wisdom, if you "roll" the dice and just hit the armor class number, it counts as miss and it shouldn't be this way. hopefully someone can fix this and make it behave as it should. thanks a lot.

I was checking Githyanki art from 5E and older editions and went quickly to check the in game body model from head to toe for githyanki and to my dismay, they have normal sized nails in their feet, they should be longer, weirdly enough, Tieflings do have them longer for some reason. please fix.
  6. f*#@ this game, uninstalling immediately, not worth the headache, unless someone rewrites it completely reverseegenering the game in full and making it 64bits plus all the modern enhancements, it's not worth losing time and sleep over. sad, though, it's the only dragon age still worth playing over and over, if it was on a playable state that is, but i don't wanna waste my time anymore with this. thanks and goodbye.
  7. i'm using improved atmosphere plus flash creature compatibility files and stuff. so everything should work, although i should delete the duplicate are files? they could cause crashes? I have installed lots of texture packs, unofficial remaster, enviromental overhaul, elven scenery, fine dwarven craftmanship, dragontex, YAHD, DAI Fade, and a couple of more packs that i don't remember the names, then obviously with the duplicate tool, carefully deleted the duplicate files and kept what i wanted from one mod etc, but i mixed and matched when i could, to have every single texture not look like a PS1 game. But i'm stuck at Lothering it seems, (I have the GoG DAO version of the game, that already comes with LAA, I also installed DXVK mod) when i first arrive after the ostagar's debacle, all works fine, talk to everyone, enter to the tavern where leliana is, recruit her, go back out (where it can potentially crash) nothing happens, keep exploring a bit, save my progress and restart the game, then when i go to load the save file, it just crashes, and of course i can't continue my journey, tried loading a save where alistair and morrigan have the discussion of where to go and i can't load it either, I do the entire outside of lothering enter the chantry and when i try to go back outside it crashes, can't load a save either. I assume when i reach Denerim (if i ever reach it) it will be more of the same, so, what i should do? deleted the texture packs and go back to PS1 graphics? deleted the duplicate ARE files? Also if this information serves a purpose... i have a rtx3080 12gbvram, an amd cpu, good ram etc, and i play in 4k resolution (not natively, through dslr as i don't have a native 4k monitor)

I have plenty of mods as i did recently reinstall the game and went on a modding marathon, after that went to the duplicate tool, which is magnificent for deleting duplicate files of any kind, it really has help me out with lots of conflicts and stuff, and game is butter smooth, but i haven't been available to solve this bug with this specific shield. it's actually a missing texture? if so, which one and where i could grab it? if it is a mesh, what mesh could it be? if it is a uti file, which one could be? (although as far as i know uti files are only for stats) any help?
  9. I have been testing in tabletop the vanilla classes from BG3 in their 5e PHB 2014 versions, Tasha's and Xanathar's improvements of some PHB 2014 classes like Ranger, and the newly 2024 PHB 2024. Then, some folks from here made some subclass mods from this person made Laserllama. Mind you, I'm a very rules lawyer person and I don't really like homebrew much, but played with this subclasses and boi, it not only felt fresh and like something i never could have imagined, it also felt balanced and like it was professionally designed by the DnD devs themselves, they blended themselves in the game like they were always there. Then started using these alternate class modules from Laserllama, and oh boi, the balance, the amount of depth, identity, build variety you can make with these modules are awesome, specially martials, no longer I had to put my head down on shame because I didn't choose to play a Wizard in my table, I could keep up and even do my own stuff, then if you put the spellcaster modules, it felt like a new game completely and for the better. So, hopefully someday, someone or a group of modders can make and bring Laserllama's alternate classes to Baldur's Gate 3 and replace the vanilla classes. (yeah i prefer replacers, but if the modder or modders want to also make them as additions, that would be up to them) I think it would bring so much needed fresh air into the game, specially gameplay wise, because 5E DnD is really quite stale and unbalanced.   10. what in the hells does restore her to her early access appearance? welp means, removing the weird choices of making her albino, while every single githyanki are green as a frog and have very standarized looks. But why you dummy it isn't cool? no, it isn't, and yes, i'm a very boring person and a party pooper. thanks

TLDR: Regardless of who or what I play, i won't use anything illithid related, i'm okay with the dialogue options for DC checks although i still don't use them and it would be already even more work, but i would appreciate if someone make a mod to delete the dialogue options of "asking for companions to use the tadpole powers and what they think of it" or "hey do you want to turn into a half illithid"? welp, just ignore the dialogue not select them, yeah sure, but they still clutter the dialogue options, have to scroll, also triggers ocd completitionism. thanks everyone
  12. when you play a githyanki tav, there are lot's of dialogue through out the game, specially wiht lae'zel and the creche in mountain pass. which is nice, but some of them, to me at least, are quite immersion breaking, for example, "do you know much about mind flayers" this options shouldn't even be active as a githyanki tav, no matter how much mental gymnastics you make, you are a gith, you know what illithid and illithid tadpoles do full stop. so yeah, would be nice to have some dialogue tweaks for a githyanki tav, that really reflects that you hale from a creche in the astral plane, you are an alien and welp, in general more knowledgeable of your own culture. thanks a lot.

  14. Ability Score Increase. Increase your Strength or Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20. Enhanced Dual Wielding. When you take the Attack action on your turn and attack with a weapon that has the Light property, you can make one extra attack as a Bonus Action later on the same turn with a different weapon, which must be a Melee weapon that lacks the Two-Handed property. You don't add your ability modifier to the extra attack's damage unless that modifier is negative. Quick Draw. You can draw or stow two weapons that lack the Two-Handed property when you would normally be able to draw or stow only one. thanks a lot, needed for my build. 2014 phb sucks

Unique Tav while good, needs constant checking to see what files you replaced, what need to re replace again for the new character your playing, and i think it's even worst than vanilla when it comes to tattoos and stuff, the only good thing is that it doesn't affect npc but that's it. so i wanted to request that perhaps someday, if someone is willing, we could have tiefling style/ longer nails like the Covenelf mod but added to the character creator, if possible of course, for other races, so that way. welp, one, even more customization and two, no npc gets affected. thanks for checking my post.

I have been trying for 12 hours already, i'm about to f*#@ing blow and uninstall everything. can someone make me a quick throwable maul with the returning pike passive that returns to the owner and auto equips when thrown with a +2 enhancement? yeah, just want to stay to vanilla effects and stats . why not just use the returning pike? because piercing damage sucks, bludgeoning is best and also it's best for bonking roleplay, and the crusher feat is also the best. and i don't like versatile weapons, i want a big fat two handed maul and my great weapon master feat.
