I'm pretty sure everybody agrees the mr. sandman perk doesn't have many instances were it is very helpful. so my request is to make the perk have 3 ranks rank 1 could just be the vanilla perk rank 2 could be like: while [hidden] you can silently kill any enemy while they are sitting down rank 3 could be: while [hidden] you can walk up and silently kill any enemy even those that are standing up! plus appropriate animations for each if some1 is willing to do it
