When I load my game (I'm barely even an hour in) it takes a while to load, and it also takes a while to load when transitioning to new areas. I know a few of my mods are process-intensive but I figured bumping everything down to medium would assist stability, unfortunately this doesn't seem to be the case. Suggestions? Oh, and facial hair/eyes not showing up...I don't even know where to begin with this one. So, I've quite a bit of mods installed and am unsure of what is directly causing the issue. I can't launch Skyrim through Steam, nor can I do it through the mod manager, it seems launching it through SKSE directly is the only way I can get it to work. However, when I load new areas, my entire computer freezes. After having witnessed vampires being fought in Solitude, something happened with my game where I can only talk to guards and people that I'm forced into conversations with for the sake of quests. This happened a good while back in the game and I'm now directly after the point in the Dawnguard content when you're banished from the vampire castle. I've cleaned my files, and have organized my mods properly but I still can't converse with anyone. I can't even buy or sell anything. I'll check those out, though I noticed something else when I gave NMM another glance. Sharlikrans JSwords Compatibility Patch is 0.02 instead of 0.18, with Sharlikrans MidasSkyrim Compatibility Patch at 0.06 instead of 0.18 as well. I went to the Sharlikrans page where all of the compatibility patches were, but apparently they don't have the most updated versions, those being 0.18. Any idea where I can find them? I also noticed that Realistic Lighting with Customization is at 3.4a instead of 3.5, that being the latest version. Though, I couldn't find that version on the Realistic Lighting page, so...I'll need help with that one as well. Edit: Just noticed the same is true for UFO Overhaul Hearthfire and Dawnguard add ons, respectively. The versions on the page are 1.0 and 1.0a when they should be 1.2i.

Downloaded the compatability files, cleaned everything that needed to be cleaned and the same thing happened.

So, I'm in Dawnguard content having just arrived at the vampire castle and just as Harkon prepares to show me his 'power' he just stands there and I can't communicate with him. I've also noticed that ever since I interacted with this content (that being fast traveling to Solitude while witnessing a vampire attack) I haven't been able to communicate with simple quest givers or...anyone, for that matter unless an event forces me to. For instance, I can't converse with the guy giving quests at the Bard College to turn in the first quest. I can talk to guards though, it seems. I should note that I listed those while looking at my mod list, and not my plugin list, which gives the accurate load order. I sorted everything with BOSS, but it was already sorted properly, I was just looking in the wrong section.

I looked up BOSS and I assume this is the mod you're referring to? If so, a download link isn't showing up.

So, Skyrim wants to freeze during the fight with the first dragon. I don't get an error of any kind, instead it just freezes and sits there. I know I have the program on my computer, but for some reason when I click Pythonw.exe nothing happens. >.>

When I downloaded and ran Python 4a that only installed Python and didn't give me the files necessary to change the code. So, I downloaded the archive version of Wrye Bash 293. Anyway, when opening the Wrye Bash Launcher.pye, I'm met with this: And yes, I downloaded all of this off of the proper Nexus page.

Alright, downloaded that and changed the proper code in the basher.py file, however the issues still exist. I may be missing something and I assure you I'm not trying to make this complicated, but that's indeed how it's turning out @_@

I'm unsure if I have the correct 'basher.py' file because when I installed Wrye Bash it didn't come with it, so I downloaded it through having found it through Google. On the REL BOSS page it says to alter some code on line 14293, but on mine when I open it in Notepad++ it only goes up to 9744.

Check the link in the BOSS description for a fix. If you are still getting missing meshes, you need to ensure (and I mean check, double check and check again) that you have followed the correct installation methods for each of your mods. Read the readmes and installation instructions carefully. I don't quite understand what basher.py is. I assume it's a file that is supposed to be located in my 'Mopy' folder but I don't see it there.

I reordered everything accordingly and I still get the same problems. I downloaded BOSS and used it, then I downloaded Wrye Bash and I clicked exe, then I was prompted to check the log file and I see this when looking at its contents:

So, I've a few issues...and unfortunately, I'm unsure of which mod may be causing it. Those characters are: Moon Elf Night Elf Night Walker Vampire Void Wanderer Battlespire Dark Elf Day Walker Deep Elf Drow Dryad Human And for some reason, at the very beginning when the guards are arriving at the jail alongside the king, one of the guards doesn't have a body and instead...only has his head, arms and sword showing. So, any suggestions?

So, I'm trying to record a gameplay video of Oblivion. In doing so, I'd like for the graphics to at least look more than decent, meaning higher than medium. However, the game lags in towns and such when the graphics are on high or ultra high. I know my computer is better than this, however. Processor: Intel® Core 2 Duo CPU P7450 @ 2.13GHz Installed Memory: 4.00 GB GFX: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4530 285 GB SATA Hard Drive, etc. Those are my specs. I downloaded Streamline and it doesn't really help, I also downloaded NPFRO and it only causes certain objects in town to blink, without even fixing anything. Any suggestions on something I could download to fix it? I currently use Camtasia Studio 6, but do note that it lags on such high graphics even when I'm not running Camtasia.
