Does it matter in which order I load compatibility patches?

primary needs HUD and I guess Project Nevada also changes the HUD. What should I do if it still crashes? Gonna check it out now, report in a moment EDIT: Yep still crashes.. Only when I disable all mods it doesnt..

Can't even start NV.. Please someone help me figure out what I'm missing. tried disabling most of the mods but clearly something isnt working..
