There is this awesome mod orphans of the commonwealth (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/16000), which adds child settlers and has also the install option to add 2 childs to goodneighbor and bunker hill respectivly. Bc those childs use the default male/female child voice but also use the default rescue, default workshop and default farmer dialogue (the settler childs), aswell as the default sandbox idle chatter for goodneighbor/bunker hill (childs added to those places) and those dialogue lines arent voiced by the default children voices, they sadly remain mostly mute and without dialogue subtitles turned on, one doesnt even know what they say. I would love to hear those children talk, since I think the premise of the mod, to add more children to the game, is really cool and with voices would be even better. I know its probably a lot of work but if someone with experiences in using xVA Synth or Eleven Labs could add ai voiced lines for the dialogue spoken by the children added through this mod, that would be really awesome.
