  1. I installed windows 10 + patch 11 and DLC mounts are working again. I never uninstalled the game, and in fact, I have added more mods since I reported last. This is the first time I've checked since patch 11, so I don't know if it's that or Win 10 that helped my situation. Or maybe it was neither and just luck?
  2. Hi all, I'm wanting to edit some meshes on DAI but I can't get mod maker to even open. I used the DAI suite loader to get the mod maker. I installed and opened first time...everything went smoothly. Then I closed and tried to open again. Now it crashes each time tries to open. The only thing I can see (outside of the dai, modmaker has stopped working error message from windows) is the message [Cache does not exist or out of date. loading assets] I've tried uninstalling and re-installing & Installing in a completely different directory but nothing can get this damn mod maker open for me. Does anyone have any help or tip they can share on this issue? Also, if some kind soul would extract the mesh parts for the EF wedding dress maybe I can get going on editing it while this modmaker issue gets resolved. Thanks for anything and everything! :D
  3. I was looking for someone who understands altering the mesh in this game to remove some of the big ass shoulder pads from some of the armors around thedas. This request stems from this wonderful mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/dragonageinquisition/mods/834/? Look at those armors. Now imagine them without shoulder pads 3 times the size of your head. Arcane warrior, nexus, even reaver could have interesting variants if the shoulders were just made invisible. Arcane warrior specifically; the shoulders look out of place and disjointed. If there any modder who might be able to do this? I've never worked with meshes in games and would probably not have the time to try to learn right now. Thought I would throw the idea out there and see if anyone was interested. Thanks for reading!! :)
  4. Well, now I'm tempted to uninstall/reinstall and try it out and see. It just takes sooooooooooooooooo long to download from origins. IS there anyway to salvage ANY of the data on the machine or is the only way complete delete? Adding mods one by one is not what I will consider a fun day either. haha. :P
  5. Hi all! I use loads of mods. Before trespasser DLC mounts worked just fine, now they crash the whole game anytime I try to summon one. Normal mounts work fine. Just wondering if anyone else has ad this issue and what the culprit was and/or a way to fix it. I really don't want to re-install a clean game just for DLC mounts, just to have mods break it again. Thanks!
  6. I know this is a low priority request, but I just got so annoyed replaying the game and seeing the recent patch "fixed" things that didn't need fixing. Solas's armor in the Return to Haven scene is gone and I really loved it because you didn't even know you were in the fade first play through. Having both players in Pajamas kind of ruins the immersion. Especially since the model is the same used in the flashback portion of the scene. Can anyone return his armor in this scene? pretty please?
  7. Hello. I'm the creator of Vault gals. Anyone can do whatever they want with them just credit me for the artwork. I have that listed in the file. :) Heck I'd even send you the PS file if you emailed me for them. Sorry for late responses BUSY BUSY me. Thanks for asking but no need. :) Have fun! I like your mod very much!
  8. Thank you I will check it out! Edit: Maybe I found it. I don't know who made the tutorial but this seems helpful: http://niftools.sourceforge.net/wiki/Blender/Split_Oblivion_Meshes
  9. Well actually I have a mod that allows his suit playable, and there is a female model built in. Not sure if it was there already or if this modder added it, but it is very cute on my mage regardless. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13081 I wanted to break it apart because it takes up 3 slots worth of enchanting. even if it only took 2 that might be acceptable, but I simply can't afford to trade 3 slots for 1... unless i'm cheating. =) Besides if I learned to do this I could do it for several clothing types including robes. (why can't I wear pants underneath again?!) lol it's ok I can always find a mod that allows you to equip any armor you want under a robe, I just prefer to learn how to do it.
  10. Hello, I hope I am in the right place. I want to learn, or get help with, or just have someone do it and show me how they did it... breaking a full body mesh into 3. Shirt, pants, and shoes. Specifically I want to do this with Haskill's outfit. Male and Female. Also, I want to make amulet slot, and gloves transparent so you can be seen wearing them while wearing the suit. I would imagine it would only mean assigning 3 different copies of the same suit- with different pieces set to invisible. visible - invisible shirt - pants, shoes pants - shoes shirt shoes - shirt, pants However, I have NEVER worked with the editor or meshes before. I have modded on other games, but that was primarily texture/skinning work. I've never modded any bethesda game Please let me know if this is possible and if you can help! Thanks!!
