The Nameless One from Planescape: Torment (or at least some of his incarnations; practical incarnation deserves a special mention, as does the original). Maybe the Transcendent One by extension, but he's ultimately of a lesser caliber, partly because we don't really know about all the evil crap he did. Also, the Brothers from The Void. Maybe 'cool' is not the best word, but they certainly deserve a mention. Some of them really freaked me out.

Could it be that... there are no other PS:T fans here? Could such a thing be possible? I love PS:T. It is without a doubt the best CRPG I've played to date. Not to say that modern roleplaying games don't have their virtues; they're simply not very good virtues. MotB did come close, though. Now that you've reminded me of it, I feel like replaying it too. But... alas... no time!

Not really. Not only does it suck, but sometimes even bitter sarcasm doesn't manage to stifle the pain.

The Scar -- China Mieville. Also one of the best authors I've ever read. Perhaps *the* best, though I can't really compare.

The Void, DAO, Age of Decadence combat demo (*grumble*inn fight*grumble*). Going to play: The Void (and then replay it again and again until I lose my sanity), Fallout (original).

Ah. Then we're like-minded. While I can't say I'm not ravenous horndog like most of the male population, I've never been too fond of 3d boobs and virtual sex scenes (perhaps because I never turn on antistropic filtering), especially when nothing else is included in the bargain. I do believe that every romantic path has to have a solid sex scene at its end, though (perhaps with some exceptions; Planescape: Torment comes to mind). I haven't tried my hand at modding yet, since I have very little free time between school and work and other things, but if/when I do, a mod in this vein would be one of the first things I'd think about.

What do you mean by, 'a few points with female players in mind?' Can you give us some examples? I understand why you think most mods and even the OC are directed at males (though I personally think, albeit in my limited capacity as a male, that the sex scenes mod caters to male and female perverts alike), but I'm not sure what female players would look for. Is it male cage dancers? Edit: If so, should they wear special costumes?
