The last time I wrote a forum post was in 2004, back in the wonder days of indestructible Nokia 3310, so I'm not sure my aged brain can still do it, but here goes...
I am a teacher who's pursuing a transition into game development. With Starfield coming out soon I want to jump on the modding scene right from the get go, to participate in development of good mods for what I hope is going to be something I'll be playing for years to come.
Alas, my mod creation experience is quite lacking, but I have been modding games since 98, when mods came on gaming magazine CD's, and I have a decent aptitude for tech in general, so I hope to catch up at some point quite soon. Will I ever reach the level of the old masters? Time will tell, but I hope to enjoy the ride. I'll look around for a bit, find myself some guides to study.
