  1. I'll use the find function to grab that and move it to my folder that I made for things like that. I'm having the quite common First Person height issue with the view being 10 ft tall. BUT it's also affecting both first and third person attacks, except for bows. All melee attacks and spells strike where the first person view would be even in third person, meaning, if I look straight ahead in third person, the attack goes over the enemy's head. It also makes opening doors and chests a pain. In first person, they go right through the cursor so I tend to have to aim low. No problems with bow attacks really since im at a distance and aiming is easy. Yes, I'm using UVII's recommended universal compatibility skeletons with the UVII skeleton patch. I've tried all different skeletons, even retrying the vanilla's and nothing is working. Not finding a shaders.txt...
  2. I dont use steam, and from what I hear, there is no where to get them (besides torrent, which I don't do either). That's kind of not fair for those who have the GOTY edition, since the only other place to get them are the KotN and GOTYDeluxe Discs.
  3. I went to The Elder Scrolls website, and D2D but I can't find the Official Plugins for PC. I only have the GOTY regular edition, not deluxe, and I want the Orrery, Mehrunes Razor, and Thieves Den Quests. Their website only has downloads for XBOX.
  4. How do I turn off the OBGE shaders? And this happened before I got OBME, I just got that yesterday for a few mods that require it. And I do have that skeleton problem, but none of the fixes work.
  5. I have all cast and skeletons in the first person file, just nothing in the _male file except the skeletons. This was happening before Better Magic and Advanced magic Leveling. I got those because I started using more magic combat. So really, I don't know how far back it goes because I haven't been using first person til just recently with my Scout and Mage characters. I use OBGE and OBME. Could it be a skeleton incompatibility?
  6. There are no "cast" animations in that folder. Also, I took out the UVII cast animations, and still CTD Current Mod List:
  7. That's a lie, most mods do NOT tell you to DOWNLOAD the mod, just extract the files, it doesn't say to save. The only one I have that mods spells, is UVII, nothing has modified it since, and this problem is recent.
  8. How am I supposed to know what animations are supposed to be there? I use direct extract, no save and unzip. Every time my internet shuts down to update, I lose my download log.
  9. All spells, whether cast by me or opponent, trigger a CTD when I am hit, but only whilst in first person mode. Is this a known problem?
  10. A lot of people have this bug, and so far, I've found a few cases where a different skeleton doesn't help, which is why a reinstall is often recommended. Personally I've tried the vanilla skeletons, all the body mod skeletons, and the universal skeletons, and none of them help.
  11. My computer is from the same time as Oblivion GOTY which was reoptimized for the PCs of that time.
  12. My computer is a gaming computer for one, it's designed for hardcore gameplay, the HDD has plenty of space, so there isn't too much crap in the way. Especially since I know how to set it up to make sure it scans a certain section first, and it scans the oblivion folder first before continuing. Gamebooster won't help because I prioritize my RAM, and disable high-cost background programs. Anyway I figure out it's because of a certain heavy mesh that delays the lag. The Wolven Anthro armor.
  13. Certain things like that are usually mesh issues because a VERY important mesh is either missing or corrupt. Do any of your mods change anything with the Oblivion Realms environment(sorry I don't know what a lot of your mods do)
  14. Its ALL saves. Any save I use Quick, Auto, and regular all take forever to save. I overwrite a lot of my saves, I have 3 for the character Im currently using besides the quicksaves. I use regular saves after big quest sets and quicksaves between them. I didnt even know custom save mods existed :P and im using a LOT of mods, but this only started recently...although it was after a burst modding so I don't know which one it could be in particular.
