This, but also remove shouts and Dragons. I know there are Dragons in A Song of Ice and Fire - but there aren't any Dragonborn (with the ability to use shouts i mean) and there is 0% chance of running into a Dragon randomly. So unless its in a different time period than the books take place in, there can only be 3 dragons in the entire world, and all 3 are either Too small to fly far from Dany, Leashed, or Unkillable (As killing one of them would probably ruin the story) Good Luck making this mod!

I think that someone should make a Mod that allows for the purchase of empty properties. For instance, if the merchant and his family go "Mysteriously Missing" or they get Murdered but there are no suspects, I think that his store should go up for sale, so a respectable entrepreneur like me can snatch it up and start selling my items to random townsfolk. Could even make it so you get 70% of what you're selling the item for, with the other 30% being for the Wages of the person you hire to run the store for you. Should also be able to buy empty houses and a)rent them out and b) live in them like you can in the current buyable houses. This would add a waaay more awesome economy to the game.

Bethesda can't code for every eventuality that ANY1 might mod in someday. If you uninstall your mod, then after you get out of the cave under helgen, dont go to riverwood, just free roam instead.

Look at ANY prophecy. The events that happen when Alduin returns don`t need to be related to Alduin returning. Its like if I had a prophecy that said On the Third full moon from now, Chaos will be unleased. The chaos doesn`t have anything to do with the full moon, its just for timing. In that same way DRAGONBORN DRAGONBORN / BY HIS HONOR IS SWORN / TO KEEP EVIL FOREVER AT BAY / AND THE FIERCEST ROUT / WHEN THEY HEAR TRIUMPH'S HONOR / DRAGONBORN FOR YOUR BLESSING WE PRAY AND THE SCROLLS HAVE FORTOLD / OF BLACK WINGS IN THE COLD / THAT WHEN BROTHERS WAGE WAR COME UNFURLED / ALDUIN BANE OF KINGS / ANCIENT SHADOW UNBOUND / WITH A HUNGERY TO SWALLOW THE WORLD The Brothers Wage war part is just so you can predict WHEN it will happen.

Yeah, i hate the meaningless titles this game gives you. At the very least the titles should give you some more clout when you speak to people. When someone during a quest tells me "Be careful! It`s pretty dangerous in there...`` I should be able to reply ``Lady, I`m the leader of the companions. I killed a dragon that EATS PLANETS by shouting at it. I am the archmage of the college of winterhold, I`m a ninja, I lead the thieves guild, and I assassinated the Emperor without any difficulty whatsoever even though he was surrounded by guards. I singlehandedly won the Stormcloak - Imperial war when it was in a stalemate. I`m pretty sure whatever is in that cave will be no trouble.``

Maybe you mean the Bethesda official 4GB LAA? If thats the case, then I don't think it has been released yet.

Super Disappointed with the Argonians in Skyrim
MagusShade replied to takakupo's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
What are you talking about? Look at any lizard, from Komodo dragon to the common house geckos, when they walk their hips swing wildly from side to side with their tails swaying to the opposite direction. Though they mostly walk on all fours in real life. But there's one species of walking lizard that can run in two-leg mode. But the Oblivion argonian walk is what a lizard walking upright ought to walk like. I'm sad to see it go. And breasts on Argonian females are just silly. http://animal.kukuchew.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/06/walking-lizard.jpghttp://www.rgoogin.com/photography/belize/Leaping-Lizard-tn.jpg thats not really a fair example. Those lizards have evolved to learn how to walk on 2 legs even though their leg structure isnt designed for it. If you look at lizards that ACTUALLY walk on two legs, (T-Rex for instance) you'll notice that they dont do that, and walk kinda normal. -
The bards college is all kinds of glitched for me. Upstairs at the end of the hall there is an empty room full of pews, with a pedestal at one end. If I walk towards the wall directly opposite the door, the game acts like i'm near EVERYONE in the bards college, and plays ALL of their random phrases AT THE SAME TIME! Even if i herd them all into the basement, that same spot does it everytime, and their voice volume makes it sound like they are all right beside me lol

Alright so if you are into reading the books in Skyrim, in a lot of the Vampire lairs there is usually a book written by "Anonymous" that is about vampires. The general story is like this: Theres this vampire hunter and he needs help to hunt vampires, so he goes to the author of the book for advice. The author tells the hunter about the different kinds of vampires, one at a time, and after the telling the hunter goes off and kills one of that type. When he gets to skyrim vampires, he tells the hunter that they are impervious to cold, and live underwater. They can somehow phase right through solid ice to grab people who are standing on the surface and pull them into a watery grave. Eventually he gets to Cyrodil Vampires, which the autor says look like, and act like normal people. The hunter leaves and when he comes back, he says his search was in vain and he couldn't find one. The autor of the book then reveals himself to be one of these types, and kills the hunter. Thus ends the book. My question is, where can i find these "Skyrim vampires"? I wanna be able to live underwater and walk through solid walls of ice! That sounds badass! The only vampires I found in my entire first playthrough looked like Severus Snape cults living in isolated caves lol.

so wait... you're saying that the Dwemer gave up building fantastic machines and cities and being crazy awesome to instead have their spirits possess mechanical spiders so they could spend the rest of their lives sleeping in small steel tubes waiting for some helpless adventurer to come along so they can pounce? THAT..sounds like a really boring immortality lol.

Super Disappointed with the Argonians in Skyrim
MagusShade replied to takakupo's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
i actually think its all the other races that got shafted... If you look at the starting racial benefits, Argonians get 3 inherent perks: Histskin which is their racial skill 50% Passive Disease resist The Ability to breathe underwater Every other race in the game only gets 2 perks not 3. At this point most people say that waterbreathing isnt that huge a deal and that it is mostly just for immersions sake. BUT Khajit get 2 perks: Night Eye which is their racial skill Claws which adds 15 dmg passive to unarmed attacks. So claws counts as an actual perk but waterbreathing isnt a huge deal? Certain rooms that fill with water, make me glad that im playing Godzilla. -
Yeah Thalmor don't like Blades - and Blades protect Dragonborns. So im pretty shure its safe to say Thalmor don't like Dragonborn also =P Usually when they come after me, i teach them that it probably would have been wiser to send 100 instead of 3-4 guys. FUS RO DAH

yeah attacking imperial soldiers gives you a bounty. Also stupid is that after you've finished all the Stormcloak quests, they ask you to continue killing any Imperials you see. Yet 1) All imperials you kill add to your bounty 2) In imperial camps there is always a named NPC who can't die even though there is no possible way for you to have quests with him (because you are a stormcloak) so even if you annihilate an entire Imperial Legion there will always be 1 witness to add to the above stated bounty.

Why does everybody hate console players?
MagusShade replied to Igetbabes's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
Get Skyrim for PC, and then try to click on Conversation items and you'll know why PC players hate Console players. There's also the fact that the consoles are 6 years old pieces of hardware....imagine if Skyrim was designed for CURRENT hardware how fantastic it would be. -
Afterlife of this game makes no sense
MagusShade replied to MagusShade's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
Well, theres still a conflict between who gets your soul before Sithis. For the Dark Brotherhood quest I didn't join them, i killed ALL of them. Screw sithis. But i did pledge my after life to Nocturnal AND Hircine... awkwaaard ;) -
After the game ends Parthurnax flies off to unite the dragons under him... I think that they should have made it so that after he flies off, he never returns to the mountain top, and all the dragons become ridiculously more powerful or something... Because the way it is now, Paarthurnax proves himself by helping you defeat Alduin, and the blades haven't proven themselves at all, and just seem like a fanatical dragon killing cult. Esbern: "I refuse to help you anymore unless you Kill Paarthurax." Me : "Oh? So if I kill Paarthurax you will continue where the greybeards left off and continue to teach me to make things explode by shouting at them?" Esberm: "well...no..." Me: "FUS RO DAH!"

Afterlife of this game makes no sense
MagusShade replied to MagusShade's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
If every1 and everything goes to Sithis in the end, then why do the other daedra even make these deals? Hircine: "I will give you the power of a werewolf, but in return, you must serve me in your afterlife for all eternity, as a wolf in my hunting grounds" Dovahkiin: "But i thought sithis got all the deads?" Hircine: "Oh...well i guess thats probably why there isn't a single wolf in my hunting grounds.." -
Yeah, im glad they are there, but at the same time I wish they were deposed and then they stay in a house in their own town. Because although still being around means you can still recieve and finish their quests, it makes the storyline a little wierd when they are in the wrong place. For instance : When uniting couples for the Temple of Mara quests, one of them brings you to Markarth to help out Calcemo, who is in love with Faleen. If you deliver his poem to Faleen, she says she likes him too. And if you return to calcemo after helping the stormcloaks in the region, he runs like a champion all the way to solitude, without resting or sleeping or eating. Now that's dedication lol.

Max out your Enchanting tree for the 2 enchantments per item perk. Enchant each piece of armor for 25% reduction in Destruction Spells, 25% reduction in Restoration Spells (Or any other two you want) Enjoy free spellcasting ftw. Especially the top tier Lightning Beam of Death, which you can now cast non-stop.

Afterlife of this game makes no sense
MagusShade replied to MagusShade's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
Yes you sign a contract to become a werewolf, that you get Werewolf powers in exchange for your entire afterlife, which now has to be spent in the Hunting Grounds. But then you sign another contract to Nocturnal, an agreement which gives you Nightingale powers in exchange for your afterlife, which now has to be spent guarding the Twilight Sepulcher. And then when you get to Sovernguarde, they say that you must go back to the land of the living, for your adventure is not yet done, but they will welcome you back with open arms once you die.. even if you did the companion and theives guild quests before finishing the storyline... all im saying is I wish the quests would tie together more coherently, instead of seeming like seperate games with different Dovahkins doing each one >.< I'm also getting tired of people during quests saying "Are you sure you can handle this? It's pretty dangerous in there!" and I wish i could reply "I just destroyed a dragon that EATS PLANETS. I think i've got this pretty well in hand." lol -
Forgotten Realms : The Legend of Drizzt is my favourite book series in the fantasy genre. My first Skyrim character was a Nord named Wulfgar who used a 2H Hammer. In Oblivion, there was an Underdark mod made by Underdark Dev Team, and i was wondering if it was going to come to Skyrim? It would be easy to imagine it is already because Skyrim already resembles Icewind Dale so much... the only problems are 1) Evil Elves (Thalmor etc) should be good, and beautiful (no facial ridges) 2) There are too many Dark Elves, and they are allowed in towns 0.o 3) Dark elves skin isnt Dark enough with just those 3 things, it would be easy to imagine the rest. But more would obviously add to the immersion xD So is this coming to Skyrim at some point? I'm not impatient or anything - i'd wait all the way until the next Elder Scrolls ;) I just want to know because if it is, I'll hold off making a Dark Elf until it can be Drizzt =D

what i hate the most is scaling on equipment. If im totally awesome and manage to do the entire Dark Brotherhood questline before leveling all that much, then why do I get a weaker blade of woe than other people? This also kindof breaks the "meant to be played" way of doing things. Lets say 2 people start the Dark Brotherhood questline at the same level The sneaky guy sneaks around, avoiding enemies and kills his target, then leaves - This is what assassins are supposed to be, yet this guy would only level stealth and maybe 1handed Meanwhile a guy barges in, is noisy, kills everyone including the target - This guy would NOT make a very good assassin, yet he lvls 1handed, block, restoration, heavy/light armor (because he is getting hit). So he levels more categories, AND there is no consequence for not being a good assassin. So in short, the warrior would level more categories, levelling himself more levels than the stealthy guy in the same amount of quests. This allows him to recieve a better blade of woe, which he probably wont even use!(because warriors don't generally use daggers) THIS is the real problem with things scaling to your level >.<

Okay so I've finished the game, and i feel like their should be new dialogue and story paths depending on what order you do things in. For example: In the companions quest, that leader guy doesnt wanna be a totally awesome badass werewolf anymore because he feels he wouldn't be able to get into Sovernguarde (sorry for the spelling, im not a Nord in real life =P). But if you are a werewolf, you can go into sovernguarde for the story mission to kill alduin, and they tell you that when you die you'll be back and they will welcome you then.... So if you do the companions quests after that, shouldn't you (instead of killing all those witches) be able to just tell him he's got nothing to worry about? Another thing is that because im a wolf, im supposedly going to Hircine's Hunting grounds when i die. But im also a Nightinggale, which means when i die ive got to continue to guard the Twilight Sepulcher for all eternity. But im also a great warrior, who is welcomed into sovernguarde. Shouldn't 1 or more Daedra be angry with me right now for breaking all these promises? 0.o
