Check out any Home and village add ons and mods. I have had problems with many of these, when added to an in progress game. I have not found the conflict...but I do know removing them stops the crashes cold. Falkreath Expansion, Primby Village, Riverwood Redux, Dragonmead brewery, I have verified, kill my game. Even deactivating all the other mods, doing a clean save, waiting a couple days to reset.....doesn't get rid of it If they are in at the start of the game, they seem not to cause problems. Something to try out. Just pull those mods out one at a time.
