Hey mate, I also had troubles with FPS for a long time. I tried disabling all kind of texture and mesh mods, but nothing seemed to work. My gpu is not nearly as great as yours, but it is good enough to play at a steady non-annoying frame-rate, with everything set to Ultra and many graphic boosting mods. Then I remembered I played a game that wasn't that gpu demanding, but still made my fps drop below 10. The way I solved it, was turning off motion blur. So I did the same with Skyrim and my fps doubled to tripled. Download the program located here: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/814/? Install and go to Graphics\Screen on the right you will see Post-Processing --> Radial Blur. I predict this is set to High or Ultra. Disable Radial Blur, set everything else to Ultra, install 4k textures, download all the visual enhancing mods you can think of and enjoy. If this is still not enough, try Google-ing something like "nvidia skyrim fps boost tweaks". (you can also disable the visual boost and just benefit from the performance boost, by changing "EnableProxyLibrary=true" to "EnableProxyLibrary=false" in the enblocal.ini file) If you see other people struggling with FPS issues, copy and paste this message! I guarantee it will boost your FPS! Good luck!
