create a new weapon form (i recommened using the chinese officers sword) then where it says world model(in art and sound tab) put in your weapon for example 'meshes/weapons/onehandmelee/yoursword.nif' you will also have to give in a proper model not just a world model to do this goto art&sound their should be a drop down box saying something like 'playermodel' or something like that in the drop box it should say 'chineseofficerssword'(or similar) either change this to 'none' or create a new model form, to do this just type in the filter box whatever it says in the drop down box(ie chineseofficerssword) then find the one with the icon of a blue house(i think its a blue house) and create a new form of this with your weapon model in the place of the old chinese officers sword. DONE :thumbsup: if you need any more help, just give me a pm. also dont forget to give your weapon a custom dam and maybe a spell/enchantment GYRODRAGON -

you have to give the enemy the weapon 'MS04FireAntWorkerFlame2HL' (i would recommend making a new form for your tanker bug) then embed the weapon on a node where you want it to come out, give it the required ammunition to use 'MS04FireAntWorkerFlame2HL' (or your own form version) and you should be right, just make sure to increase the range of the flame! :thumbsup: also, whats this about recruiting for your mod? pm with details, i would like to help if that's ok. :biggrin: GYRODRAGON -

have you made it into a .nif with all the required nodes and stuff? once that's done it should be quite easy... if you havent done the nodes you are going to need Nifskope , im not sure how to use the advanced feature but you should be ale to get some tutorials. get back to me, aye. :thumbsup: -

get GIMP 2 with dds plugin, thats wat i use for re-textures, it allows you to open and save .dds files. :thumbsup:

Hey ppl! was crusin the forums when i saw a request for an assassin mod, thought to myself... that doesn't sound so hard... so here i am now, stuck with my limited knowlege and no tutorials to help my SPECIFIC problem(s) so i though ide put up a new topic asking for some help from any scripters and modelers/texturers and any one else willing to help. also if anyone has a link for tutorials to help with my quest for ever expanding knoledge, that would be great! :thumbsup: so just to summarize: i need dialouge help, modelers for new assassin weaps, textures for those weaps, quest scripting and basically any other help i can get my hands on. thanks people of the all-mighty nexus forums! :thanks: :biggrin: :thumbsup:

I have just started making this mod, one thing i need... a scripter, for things like the kill a person quests. any help would be apreciated greatly. not sure how long this will take, i would also like to make some custom weapons for this. learning to use blender and nif skope. any help with learning these would help me also. :thanks: :thumbsup: @dissent, wont need voice over/sounds for a while but when i do ill ht you up! also once im done with my model for weaps i may ask you to do some texturing if you wouldn't mind. :thumbsup: GYRODRAGON

Wouldn't you be able to create a controller in-game to speed up time when you activate it? so i would come up with say: wait 6 hrs wait 12 hrs wait 18 hrs wait 24 hrs then when you activate one it would set the globaltimemultiplier to speed up game by say 50x and have a timer to reset speed multiplier back to normal when the correct amount of time has passed? im sure someone could make it! While SetGlobalTimeMultiplier would have no effect in the wait menu, what you propose is possible. I'm just not sure how to make it that the activation can be done from anywhere in the game. I could make a terminal do this, but the player would have to be next to the terminal. wouldn't you be able to do like a controller (say bullet time controller only weapon) and have a menu come up when you use it(like the groovatron or similar weapon) then on the menu it had how much time you would like to wait, then when you choose the amout of time from, say 4 options, it would set the time mutiplier to be higher than normal, then depending on the amout multiplied you could do some basic math to work out how long you would have to set the the globaltimemultiplier higher to reach the desired amount of wait time. :thumbsup: sorry if this was confusing :wallbash: -

Real Time Settler has this in it. there is a part when biulding that you can help the builders and 1 day flys past in about 2-3 seconds as you watch the sun/moon whoosh over your head. maybe someone could hit-up that creaters of RTS and ask them for the script? kudos if this helped please :thumbsup: -
Try running as admin. That is how I got mine to work. if that doesnt work i dont know how to fix. also, wouldnt this post be better on the fallout 3 tech support forum? :biggrin: get back to me if this fixed your problem. you can also try runnning in compatability mode for XP.

I was thinking of doing something like this. im still learning to use the advanced features on the geck but im sure it wouldn't be too hard to do. ill post on this thread again if i manage to do it. :thumbsup:
