Okay, I have quite similar problem. I was able to run Fallout from level 1 to almost 10. I just finished Big Trouble in Big Town and now everytime I save or fast travel, the game crashes. The first crashes began when I tried to finish Blood Ties. It crashed everytime I tried to get in the metro station where the Family was located. Any help would be greatly appreciated! EDIT: I did some 'research' and created a new char and completed the Big Trouble in Big Town quest with no saving issues afterwards and were able to enter the metro station in Blood Ties with no crashes at all but everytime I load the other save and the save problems return. Quicksave, normal save causes crashing :P
