Robomonkey

Hi I was just wondering if it's possible to increase the amount of items found on bodies regardless of the nimble hands perk, it would be ideal if i could loot five items from a body, each item being random and then when you get the nimble hands perk, you can loot six items. I don't know if it's possible or not but if someone could please point me in the right direction i would be grateful. thanks.
