    Have you backed up the saves before it happens? If so , you could just copy paste the backup save where it belongs.

    Oh boy you got a lots of esp, almost hundred, you better decrease some mods or merge them, or your skyrim may lag or missing meshes and textures

    What about a mod that changes the face of children, like Xvision Children Mod.

    You got a lots of mods, you might want to reduce it, or it may stutter your game, and you will recieve many missing custom meshes and textures.

    Blender is not required, You can make a new race in Creation Kit, simply create a new one then change skin tone and change facial structure.

    Uninstall all of the mod if you don't remember your recently installed mod, and check one of them one by one and see which ones the problem.

    What do you mean by default skyrim folder? Uninstall skyrim then reinstall it to anywere you like,

    Hmm, try choosing female character by opening showracemenu, after that your female now, but you want to be male right? With female face? Then dont toggle showracemenu after you changed your characterto female, but instead type "sexchange" and there, you will retain your female face, but your body and voice will become male.
