There are only two ways, ditch premium, or stop using the site. Think of it like a government where the people that pay more in taxes have more of a vote and the rest could leave as a form of voting. Otherwise you get what you get, and speaking too boldly could *get you negative attention.

We need our choice to opt out of needless changes that feel offensive to our senses. Instead we're told they don't care about what we think and feel. Who came up with this garbage UI anyway? Did nobody object ahead of time?

Use TES5Edit... Find the "Black Magic" mod, then go into the "Addon Node" section, and remove the file that references "sparks" --POOF... no more green spark when you fire arrows. It will affect the "Fel Flames" spell, but you'll still have the green flame. Hope this helps.

Every time this happens I open Steam and Skyrim is UPDATING... every 20-30 minutes... updating Skyrim. Skyrim will not load while this happens. Trying Steam offline mode real quick...
