  1. Homes in the middle of the map are nice, because they're easily accessible from a lot of areas. Generally, I prefer small strongholds. Sandbags around a small house, with a room for guns and whatnot in it.
  2. The Ranger Combat Armor looks cool, I won't argue that, but the coat gets a little played-out. Is anyone willing to mix some other top, like Boone's white shirt, with the Ranger Combat Armor Jeans? I think it'd look pretty cool. It would probably need to be dropped into the light armor category and whatnot, but it shouldn't be too much work.
  3. Sounds enticing, but I'm still worried about it not working with a few mods. I've had a lot of problems recently with mods and I just got them fixed, so I'm being a bit more cautious now, haha.
  4. What kind of effects will this have on quest-based NPCs?
  5. I'm not currently, no. Is it liable to conflict with other mods? I just reinstalled Oblivion after I made a mess of it, so I'm trying to limit the mods I use.
  6. Heh, I suppose. I don't know, just doesn't seem to fit what I'm looking for. Thanks, regardless.
  7. Close, but I was looking for something more serious. Something that would befit a bodyguard for a mage.
  8. I've searched, but I can't find any. I'd like a barbarian-like companion. None of these females with skin-tight clothing, which seemed to populate the majority of companion mods. Are there any of these?

    Hello

Hi, I'm Aries. I'm not really new to TESNexus, but I am to the forums. I've been playing Oblivion since I got my 360 about three years ago. I played Morrowind a lot before that. I've probably got more than 1000 hours of my life into the two of them. I played some Fallout 3 on 360, too. I got a PC in February and downloaded Oblivion as soon as I got a better graphics card. Figured I'd come and say hi since I was here.
  10. Sorry, guys, but I give up. My Oblivion folder is a complete mess right now. I'm definitely doing something wrong, though I can't place where. I'm restoring my Oblivion again. If any of you would like to continue helping, I'd really appreciate doing it over IMs, because I'm prone to asking a lot of questions. Thanks for all the help so far, though.
  11. Alright, I'm currently om Part 3 of Sam's link. I've done everything it's told me so far, but I can't find the "Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins" folder.
  12. I haven't installed anything yet. I wasn't aware that OBMM only showed what was changed, and I had already planned on deleting all of the mods, regardless. Thanks for the links, I'll check those out.
  13. First of all, I'd like to say sorry for the vague title, but it's the best I could do considering I need a lot of help. I recently re-installed Oblivion after deleting everything from it. I did this because of this. Being at an apparent loss here, I, as I said, deleted everything. So, after re-installing Oblivion, I decided I should get some more experience help rather than trying to learn myself, how to install mods. So, the main point is that I'd like to know where to put the mods, what to do if I'm confused, or even what order to install them in. The mods are: OOO (Which ran fine before) Reznod's Mannequins Gates to Aesgaard Episode One and Episode Two (Had some minor freezing issues) Integration (And all mods required to run it) (Ran fine, as far as I could tell) Unnecessary Violence (And all mods required to run it) (Had no effect on the game when installed) Ruined Tail's Tale (Had some minor freezing issues) Kvatch Rebuilt (Wouldn't even let my game start when checked in the Data Files options) Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
