  1. Constructing bases gets frustrating when you can't place structures where you want to. For instance, fence pieces can't be placed close enough together to make a solid wall and trying to use existing structures as part of a continuous perimeter is even worse. I'd like a mod that lets me place structures anywhere, even if they clip into other structures or objects or into the ground.
  2. Really need to be able to break down a weapon to its components. I can't understand why Bethesda thought the current design was a good idea. It's awful. For instance, a 10mm Pistol should break down into: Receiver Barrel Grip Magazine Sights Muzzle It can be based on the Gun Nut perk. No points in the perk is the current design. Guns break down only into base resources. 1 point lets you try to disassemble, but you won't have a lot of success. You'd have a 60% chance to break each component yielding base resources instead. 2 points reduces that to 40% chance of failure. 3 points reduces that to 20% chance of failure. 4 points guarantees you get all the components from any gun you disassemble.
  3. I still have the Ivory Dragon Claw in my inventory. I'd like to place it on a shelf in one of my houses to be displayed alongside the other dragon claws, but it's flagged as a quest item and can't be dropped. Is there some easy way in the console to remove the flag or force the drop?
  4. There is no smelter in Solitude. Travesty! However just inside the blacksmith's workshop, there's a large fire pit that could either be replaced with a smelter or could feasibly be modded to operate as a smelter. I poked around in TESsnip to see if I might suss out how to do this myself, but alas my modfu is weak. This would make life in Solitude suck a little less. Is it possible?
  5. I'm currently playing through Skyrim for the first time and I find my character in an unfortunate and frustrating situation. I'll attempt to avoid spoilers, but beware! My Nord wields two-handed weapons. His skills with one-hand weapons and magic are negligible. Now he finds himself in a situation where he only has one handed weapons available and if he tries to use them to fight his way out of his situation, he falls quickly. This is frustrating because while only one handed weapons are available there IS a shovel sitting right there that he should be able to pick up and use to splatter his enemies' brains. But alas, a shovel is not considered a weapon. So my mod request is this: Replace the existing shovel in the game with one that can be wielded as a two handed blunt weapon. Same animations as a hammer would be appropriate. Let my Nord pick up that shovel and be the badass he can be. Is this even possible without the official mod tools?
