  1. Not by a bat file., and did misunderstand what you are looking for.

     

    I have seen this mod that says it does what you're looking for. I honestly have not used it, since I have not started Nuka World yet. So i am not sure if it unlocks everything like it says.

    Everytime I need to look up an ID I can find it there.

    But my issue isnt finding item ids to get the items. Its the issue of there are some unlockable settlement items unlocked though quests which are not items, and I have no idea how to make a bat file unlock them. Could you give me a hand with this ? Example: Nukaworld's settlement items, default flags though factions, and the trader post etc

I'm trying to play fallout 4 as I want, without doing missions, making my own story etc. My only issue is, you need to do a ton of missions just to unlock some settlement items, like the flags on the wall or the trade station that allows traders to come to that point. Even nuka world requires a lot before you can use its settlement items. I just want to use them from the start, including the recipes for all the dlc foods/weapons/settlement items.

     

    Can someone help me round up all the lines needed for this bat file? I'm trying on my own, but I feel I keep missing things from the new dlcs.

    The advice I have seen given in TweakGuides is that the game doesn't get along well with "codec paks" (i.e. K-Lite codec pak). Have you treied uninstalling any you have installed?

    I am not sure what to do at this point, I read though http://www.tweakguides.com/Oblivion_7.html but it only mentions codec as a thing not to have if you had audio problems, but i dont have audio problems besides the keyboard and mouse stop responding and I had that well before I installed the k lite codec pack.

     

     

    Did some testing: Without the K lite codec pack I have the problem, with the K lite codec pack I still have the problem. K lite codec doesnt seem to change the issue.

     

    I changed [Audio]

    bDSoundHWAcceleration=1 to 0, and the problem still happened. After playing a min of the game, the keyboard and mouse stopped responding. I was walking when it happened, so it kept forcing me to walk into a wall with no way to play the game

  6. I was looting some enemies in the start of the game, I paused to look over the gear and randomly when going though menus the mouse and keybord stopped responding. It keeps happening every time after a few mins of playing.

    i am using no mods. I am on windows 7. I do not have a controller plugged in. My sound drivers are all updated, I associated .wav and .mp3 files with WindowsMediaPlayer.

    When the game is starting up the starting audio is choppy, but sounds fine ingame. I have Realtek Hd audio manger
    I have heard it has to do with a codec issue, so I tried the K-lite codec pack but that is FULL OF VIRUSES. So I am not using that again.

     

    I reset my pc, verified the files, edited the .ini file, tried window mode, run the .exe as admin (which causes a crash while playing) and reinstalled the game 6 times now but still have the problem. Once when the problem happened I was still able to move my mouse, but wasnt able to click anything, and the keyboard was not responding. The game is not frozen, because when this happens outside the menu the afk camera starts circling my character.

    Anyone know how to fix this issue?

     

    EDIT: I disabled Music from the .INI file and the game works, but how can I play with music/sound?

    Seriously, it works when I set both to 0, but i want sound and music. How can I fix this?

  7. Okay, I came to realize I need a debug pistol in my life for testing things in fallout 4.

    Back in Fallout NV it was a 9mm pistol, however I feel that in Fallout 4 it shouldn't be that, or even a 10mm pistol.

     

    I think the best fit for a debug pistol would be the Pipe pistol, as it has the most mods you can do on it.

    The debug pistol should do extreme amounts of damage, and should be able to one shot any lvl 300+ legendary mob in the game. So it would have to do as much damage as possible in the game or close to it.

     

    Can someone make a Debug Pipe Pistol please?

  8. This should be simple enough, I just want a bat file that will unlock everything you can build in settlements.

     

    Aka, the cannons from the castle, all the faction flags, the institute food processor, 2nd power armored station that the BOS have, bunker hills trading stations, the teleport with computer/satellite etc

     

     

    You can build all these things and a lot more though unlocking quests, but I am doing an RP play-though and need a bat file to unlock all settlement items from the start. I know there are more items then i mentioned, but i cant find them all.

     

    Can someone make this Bat file with everything unlocked? I would be greatful.

  9. just grow a bunch of mutfruit or install a lot of water purifiers--and not many defenses. You'll have friends coming to pay you a visit in no time. Also, there are settlements that tend to be attacked more often. Sunnyside Co-op--or whatever the name of that place is SW of Red Rock Gas Station--is a settlement that I had get attacked nearly every few days (my defense was mediocre and I had a lot of food). If you want frequent attacks, then pack your settlement with food, water, and few defenses. Also, you should get that mod that gives you warning of your settlements being attacked. Because I never found a way that vanilla made it clear when settlements were being attacked.

    iM TRYING TO MAKE A SETTLEMENT 100% COVERED FROM ATTACKS, ONLY Way to do that is test it one after the other, without that i cant do so. [sorry for caps]

  10. There used to be a mod like this in fallout 3, it was a button that could spawn any enemy to attack or battle each other.

     

    I'd thought it be a good idea to have something like this in the game, to test settlement attacks. Like have it placed as an item, and have it spawn them in the place of say a rug item. It could be useful testing out how well defended your settlement is.....and Maybe this could be used for arena battles, with wasteland monsters vs raiders or something.

     

    Can someone make this a thing please?

  11. Yes but a whole region would not suddenly go back to slavery just because there was a war with the Mer, there was until the current Skyrim events a good standing with the Imperials and Nords. I dont even know if Nords would really want slaves since (in that link you provided even says) they actively tried to get rid of them in the past.

     

    As for Morrowind I am pretty sure there are mods that let you be a slave its been a long time since I played though.

     

     

    I know there are already slave mods out for Skyrim that let you be enslaved, but its more for rape/humiliation slavery then hard labor. I am not allowed to mention the site because of issues Nexus has with certain things the other site provides.

    So if your looking to be turned into a slave and then raped and treated like a slave (female only of course) there are already mods out that do that.

     

    Anyways I just wanted to point out lore wise why there was no slaves or mods about it in Skyrim, that is not to say someone should not make a slave mod. Perhaps instead of all of Skyrim being into slavery make a secret faction that has agents in and around Skyrim, that would be alittle more believable and possibly easier to make.

     

    Falmor have slaves/captured people. I know of the captured mod that expands on that a little, but its rather basic. As for the adult slavey mods, It isnt what I am looking for but I would be fine with it if the mod expanded on what my OP was about. As for the hidden factions, I was thinking something like that. I just wonder if there is some mod like this already. Oh and feel free to pm me any mod suggestions if you are unable to post links here.

Well first off its not man that enslaved the Argonians and Khajiit, you will find most of the enslavement was from the Dunmer and older Mer races who actively kept and made slaves of the Argonians and Khajiit. It is actually banned (illegal) in a large part of the world because of the Empire, if you are part of the Empire then you can not have slaves. It was finally banned in Morrowind around the Oblivion crisis time, though many houses most likely still continued it.

     

    Because the slavery was in Morrowind which is now destroyed by the Argonians because they enslaved their people, and it is illegal in Skyrim since it is part of the Empire. Skyrim is a very long way from most places that would sell slaves and they did not have a wonderful relationship with Morrowind (most places did not have a good relationship with Morrowind, Dunmer are highly racist after all.), you would be more likely to find Mer slaves with the war.

     

    Really I HIGHLY suggest you play Morrowind, it has MUCH of what you just asked for and it is very much part of the lore of the time period. You will find escaped slaves, you will find horrible masters, you will find under ground groups trying to free the slaves, you can free slaves.

    I am talking about before the ban, http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Slavery and I think having nords who tend to hate other races would be perfect for some slave owners. As for skyrim being under the empire isnt really true in a sense, the empire can barely control the war let alone slavery. What if the slavery went unchecked due to the empire being too spread thin in skyrim due to the war, and corruption of the thalmor? It could be possible I think.

    Maybe but you cant be enslaved yourself as one of those races? (which is an option I am looking for) ...unless there is a mod I dont know about somewhere for being enslaved and owning one on other chars. However I think skyrim would be perfect for this concept.

  13. I have done some research to find that Khajiit and Argonians where once slaves towards man. So it had me thinking, why hasnt anyone made a skyrim mod for slavery for these races?

     

    All it might need is a few new areas where this slavery is shown, maybe though some Khajiit wearing slave collars, being locked behind bars and some options to be enslaved if you happen to be one of those race types. Perhaps having a few routes story wise, from trying to escape and if failed getting punished or accepting your place and doing tasks for your master.

     

    With a group faction of (past former) non slavers try to rescue you and the others, giving you an option to get help to escape or fight them off content with your life. This faction you could join to get missions to helpo free slaves, or if you are a slave and gain the trust of your master slowly plot to take them down. Maybe have other npc slaves you can slowly build friendships with by doing small quests or talking to them. Perhaps your owner could even reward you for loyalty and give you a little more freedom or sold off to another npc.

     

    This could also show in random events on the road, example: Slavers escorting slaves down the road to various slaver locations, and maybe the non slave faction of former slaves attacking in an attempt to free them. Or if your another race that is not enslaved, a npc offering to sell you a follower slave yourself.

     

    Maybe the collars could be locked on the char and others, requiring high lock pick skill to open, and say if you escape and slavers or guards see the collar they will attempt to capture the slave and return them to their owner because they noticed the collar they are wearing. Maybe even have a few executions to make examples of mis behaving slaves to try to stop slaves running away.

     

    Is there any mods like this yet? I feel this would be a real good idea for the lore of skyrim's slavery.
