instead of just red and yellow indicator for incoming attacks have the indicator change color based on what kind of spell is incoming. then require Y + dpad direction to use different protegos. if incoming is a purple spell. then Y + left if incoming is a yellow spell then Y + right if incoming is red spell then Y + up or something like that. i think it would really increase the difficulty in a good way without needing to up the dmg numbers
this might also allow keeping difficulty up without the need for an overly large amount of simultanious opponents
