  1. I am unsure how this happened or what mod clash is causing this, but somehow my vampire appearance for any and all human characters has dissappeared, except for NPCs, they still retain the appearances. I downloaded the "Dynamic Vampire Apearance" mod which does a bunch of stuff for vampires to help recify this and nothing has changed except for the added benefits the mod adds. My character will still remain only as pale as i make them on character creation, the vampire eyes dissappear as well (something even in the vanilla game without mods changed the eyes to only the elven vampire eyes), and my character's appearance won't change even if i blood starve them. The only thing that has stayed is the vampire fangs but that is it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling various mods and I'm trying to avoid doing a complete uninstall of all my mods as I would like to avoid having to start brand new saves as I have already gotten VERY far with them. Could it be possible any of the HDT physics mods have altered this? Does anyone have any insights?
  2. Yes I always do. I have to launch as administrator straight from the C:/ Program Files (x86)/ Nexus Mod Manager. the desktop icon never runs the program properly. I had to do this with Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.
  3. I have attached a set of photos to this thread displaying a step-by-step process of what I have been doing to try and get Nexus manager to work; and it simply refuses to work. Currently using windows 10 and I had it working before on my last windows 10 pc. I run everything as administrator. Why am I getting this error message every freaking time? I had to switch from C:/ Program Files to C:/ Program Files (x86) manually to get it to work this far. What am I doing wrong?
  4. I think yo posted in the wrong thread friend. However I sympathize because i cant get my mod manager to work at all.Do you have any idea what i am doing wrong?
  5. Ok so I just bought a new computer and installed Nexus Mod Manager like I had on my last computer. It is a newer HP pavilion and it has Windows 10 like my last one. The thing is is that I don't understand why it isn't working because I got it working last time. I had to move it to windows (C:)/Program Files(x86) and manually create a game folder in there and a few save paths. However now it will not work, it wont even launch and says that it cannot create valid writing paths. I have uploaded a photo of the message I continually receive. Any thoughts?
  6. I found out the problem, well several in fact. It turns out since i'm running on windows 8, nexus mod manager was running in program files and not program files (x86) so i switched directories. Second, turns out one of the mods was having an incompatibility issue so as soon as i deactivated it it started working again. Weird lol.
  7. Whenever I activate even the simplest of mods (like the orcish weapon redesign) and then I launch skyrim, it will go to the main menue and immediately dissappear leaving me back at the desktop. when all mods are deactivated, the game will start back up no problems. What the heck?
