Thanks to slbrgt and rhs88. Your combined commands worked perfectly. Enable was the key for me at least, without it, moveto player wouldn't work.

OK, I have MANY mods installed and only recently have I noticed this problem. Random GUI menus are in German as well as way shrine pop ups, while all dialogue, main menu, inventory, are all in English. Ive looked everywhere for how to fix this. I'm sure its just a misplaced file. So if anyone knows which files to change or where I could get the correct one that would be fantastic. Thanks in advance

Thats a bug sometimes with browsers. You just have to keep trying until you get the correct file. Whats happening is your browser is trying to download the script that tells it to download the specific file.
