curses! i've got two 4870x2s in crossfire... no solution yet?

http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/19822 this was one of my favorites from oblivion, and it seems that no one's added anything similar here. what does it take to import something like this? also, on a somewhat similar note, i keep seeing pics of characters with very small, simple, delicate looking circlets that look really good, but can't seem to find the actual mods for them. anyone know what they are?
