I got to the part where you're about to enter the Hole. I did all of the dialogue options for Faydra and then nothing happens. She doesn't unlock the entrance to the arena or do anything. Is there a some sort of bug fix for this?

When ever I try to buy Breezehome from Proventus, he doesn't take my money and give me the key. I'm already Thane of Whiterun soooo any help?
