Ok well you seem to have a bad installation of SKSE which is causing all those warnings at the beginning of your log. Your SKSE scripts are not installed correctly. You need to make sure that you merge the DATA folder in the SKSE zip file with your Skyrim DATA folder.

 

Edit: so did you reinstall Skyrim like you said yesterday? A clean install means deleting your entire Skyrim folder to get rid of all the mods and loose files.

you are propably using a version of blender that is uncompatible with this addon
