  1. What makes you think there's a "good chance" that Bethesda will be remaking 2 entire provinces, each bigger than Skyrim, as mere DLC?
  2. this looks amazing I hope there will be peaceful ways of dealing with the natives
  3. also for the college; you could make separate smaller buildings for each school of magic... it doesn't make sense to have every lesson in the same lecture hall
  4. the area north of windhelm is nearly empty, so there is lots of room for expansion there also, for windhelm, you could increase the area of the city by adding more walls around the palace
  5. no other provinces are in the game, those are merely there to make it seem like there's something beyond the mountains of skyrim when you're on the throat of the world or way out at sea
  6. I was just walking from solitude to winterhold along the coast for fun and noticed something that you guys could use... there are literally 0 fishing villages! there should be little fishing villages all along the coastline and on the islands, like the Bitter Coast region of Vvardenfell also, I hate how there is a fishery in Riften but not in Dawnstar or Solitude; maybe you could add them there? another idea I had... maybe for certain mines/forts you could make them "civilized" via scripting after you clear them... exactly like the Imperials in Fort Greymoor (I think it's called that..) west of Whiterun. For example, you could clear an abandoned, spider-infested mine and come back 30 days later and it is back open, filled with miners and a new camp outside the front door. Of course, an evil character could wipe out the new miners and the mine would later be infested by spiders or bandits again... any enemy type, really, to keep things fresh :)
  7. You could add more farmhouses to the regions surrounding the cities that could realistically have 10+ NPCs each by placing the Lord of the Manor, his children, wife, and servants inside the manor. Outside there could be some farmland and a few peasant shacks. The peasants work the land and never enter the Manor. Add some poor kids running around and you have yourself a realistic population in a relatively small area. For specific recommendations, I think you could make all the buildings in Riften one story higher and add Tenements/Apartments you could fill with poorer residents. The Ratway could also be expanded with "safer" zones filled with the poor Whiterun: more farms, like i described above Windhelm: more farms and mills along the river... it's a huge river, there should be lots of mills using that potential Winterhold: maybe rebuild some of it, I know it got destroyed but it doesn't have to be a village now Dawnstar: add more docks and buildings Solitude: build slums outside the walls and under the sea-arch and further along the river.. this city should be much larger than it is Falkreath: add more hunter camps and maybe a new village somewhere, and expand the graveyard.. NPCs say its huge but the one in Windhelm is even bigger Markarth: just make it way taller, you could also make the Warrens much deeper
