  1. Thank you for replying. As for your questions: 1. I actually did mention this: "This is my current mod list and load order, as organized by LOOT." It is just above the first spoiler tag. I use LOOT every time I add a mod. I do have a lot of custom metadata to make sure that certain mod author's requests, like "my mod should come before/after this/that mod" are fulfilled, but outside of that I think all metadata should be accurate. 2. No, mainly because I didn't want to have to move all my games to a new library path, but I'm to the point where I might just try it. However, at this rate, WryeBash might be worth a go. I'll see about working my mods into that. Any other suggestions in the meantime? Thanks.
  2. After installing some mods that required a restart of my game, I cleared out my saves, and started again from Helgen. However, I have gotten a CTD every single time I get to this same point in the Helgen opening scene: Alduin has landed on the tower and fired off his 1 (I think it is 2, looks like Unrelenting Force was used as well), but you get "blown back" away from the head-chop stand and are laying there on the ground dazed. This is where my game CTDs... every time. I know at this point the game is shifting around NPCs for later parts of this opening scene, but unfortunately, this has yet to help me figure out what is going on. I've tried a dozen different things, but it has been 3 days now and I'm out of ideas. I use Nexus Mod Manager (0.65.2) with SKSE 2.0.7 and all the mods I use that require SKSE have been updated for SKSE 2.0.7 and Skyrim 1.5.39. Now, that doesn't mean that NMM hasn't incorrectly installed something, but all the mods I could think of that would cause a CTD at that particular moment I've either deactivated/uninstalled or reinstalled. Nothing works. Unless it is some sort of performance bottleneck, I think I got a mod conflict or corrupted install. This is my current mod list and load order, as organized by LOOT. Note: Opening Scene Overhaul and Palaces & Castles Enhanced (PCE) are both at the bottom by editing metadata to put them there. And this is my Papyrus Log generated from my latest CTD: Things I have already tried: Reinstalled Skyrim twice Reinstalled all mods once Reinstalled SKSE 2.0.7 twice Resintalled SKSE depended mods twice Reinstalled XP32 Skeleton several times Reinstalled FNIS (and its addons) a few times Reinstalled CBBE Playing through the Intro without Opening Scene Overhaul (navmesh is all messed up for some reason and I cannot even get into Helgen in the cart).Funny story: I at one point I thought that since it looked like Alduin shouted Unrelenting Force (after his "unique" one), that actually it was a shout mod causing my CTD. I had Super Unrelenting Force installed, which basically means anything in its path dies, so I was curious if the mod caused Alduin to "shout me dead" and it caused the scripting for this part of the scene to crash.. because I was technically dead. No dice. That would have been really funny though. The game runs 100% smoothly up til the CTD, and from what I can gather, it doesn't use any excessive amounts of RAM. Not sure about VRAM. I would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction if no one has a good idea what's wrong here. Thanks.
