Thank you for your reply I highly appreciate it. I have noticed that my game actually freezes outdoors anywhere, It doesn't freeze in a cell. I'm trying to diagnose it as best I can been spending days on a solution I wonder if it's my weather mod / Sounds of Skyrim or maybe one of the other scripts. I can't figure it out. If you have any advice I'd highly appreciate it

Hi all Can you please help me? I've ruled out all conflicts and downloaded patches as recommended by LOOT. But my game still freezes when talking to or listening to other NPCs? On these Occasions: 1 - Talking to Cicero near Whiterun 2 - Listening to Graymanes and Battleborn argue when exiting The Bannered Mare Here is my load order: And my Papyrus log if you wanted that (Only some it's too long) I would greatly appreciate any assistance. EDIT: It still freezes in Whiterun even if I don't talk to/listen to NPCs. I removed Open Cities too, But still freezes
