Mass Effect 3 How do i fill up my consumables easily?

Ok ty for that link, but now i installed it and my cancel reload key(tab) suddenly opens prompt as well as the normal key(`) Any workaround for that i rather have it mapped at one of the F keys. btw what command gives me items and where do i put it in? Edit thank you Deager i found what i was looking for.
