Is there anything more basic? Step by step even?

I'm so confused... I remember there being an "interactive" tutorial somewhere... does anyone know what I'm referring to? There's a lot of people who have talked about using "The Creation Kit Tutorial" to make the various mods... That's what I'm wanting.

I was told that there was a tutorial contained inside the Creation Kit, I would like to know how to access it, so that I may begin to learn how to do some of the amazing things that I've seen/downloaded/used on Nexus. If someone could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it. Thank you.

No matter what I do, I can not equip both a sword (a dagger for instance), and a shield at the same time. Each time I equip one, the other becomes unequipped. What am I doing wrong? Can someone instruct me on how to do this properly? Also, having read all of the "Do Not" threads all over the web, I have not downloaded and installed the 1.2 patch, but if that is what is needed to fix it, I will download it.

I'm sitting here watching my boyfriend play Fallout New Vegas and he had just finished dropping off around 1500lbs worth of gear to drop off, and he accidentally hit the "Take All" button, he's pretty ticked about it... so I was wondering, is there a mod that I can give him to add a button or function that would serve to "deposit all" perhaps? If one already exists I apologize in advance for posting it, but when I checked the mods, I could find no reference to one. If one does not exist, I am wondering how simple, or hard it would be for someone to volunteer to make one for me, so that I can give it to him. Thanks, Koko

So... it has two titles then? OMOD and OMM... that's confusing lol... Why are there two names for this? Oh well, at least now I know the answer to the question. Thanks. :happy:

I am downloading Mods, and I keep seeing "OMOD Version", on a lot of Mod Titles and I searched Google, and other Oblivion places, and I still can't figure out what it is, and what it means... This is probably a stupid question. Can someone tell me what this is? Link me to what I am supposed to have in order for the OMOD Version Mods that I have downloaded to function. Thanks.

I was doing my usual, browsing the Oblivion mods, and downloading at my leisure, when suddenly I encountered a MYSQL error, so I refreshed the page, as that usually takes care of things, and suddenly the page layout for the Mod was completely different. I must say it is so much more pleasing to the eyes, than it was previously. I really like it. Keep up the great work site staff. Thanks for providing us a great place for mod resources, furthermore, thank you to the modders for providing great mods for great games.

I've been downloading mods, and I have run into a slight problem with one of them... The Oblivion mod titled: Shack and Quest, uploaded by Chapel16; Uploaded 06:04, 19 December 2006, and last updated 09:53, 15 July 2009 gives me an error, which I have posted below (as well as a link to the actual mod download): "File temporarily unavailable This file has only recently been uploaded to the site. The file server normally takes between 30 - 60 minutes to update with new files so please try downloading this file again after an hour has passed." http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8321 Now, from the update date I can see that this is not a recent file, as the error is stating, so what gives here exactly, what am I doing wrong, and how do I gain this download. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Nameless One, or Morte as player characters? I was wondering if anyone had anything like this.
