I had this same bug and I thought it was awesome. I'd make it happen on purpose so I could run with my two-handed weapon out to my side but not looking like I'm actually in battle with it raised up in front of me. Then it goes away whenever I stop moving, and I'm ready for battle. I guess it may annoy some people though.

Basically the "Press X to Shaun" mod, or the "Press X to Respond" mod, but it makes the player cuss from list of expletives

Hey. I know this is a little late. But scaling does affect run speed, and movement speed in general. High elves are the fastest race, and Wood elves are the slowest.

He is from Interesting NPCs. I don't have the Undeath mod installed and I have seen him randomly around Skyrim.

Sorry that no one answered. I'm not even sure that you are still on the Nexus, or if you are still alive. As for your post, it can be difficult to roleplay a character in Skyrim other than "The Dragonborn". The entire game is pretty much geared for that character. However, there are a few builds that will work. The War Priest: One-Handed + Restoration. Roleplays well with Dawnguard and Vigilants. In fact, any healer or priest can be made to roleplay well. A death knight could work with the game (with getting the daedric artifacts) but doesn't really have a faction. A dwemer-loving engineer has a place, what with the ample dwarven ruins everywhere. Mods help. Mod. Do it.
