  1. I did note the variance in a settlement management mod (why it's not a part of the core is beyond me) that 17 beds would be sheltered in one check, then only 3 the next time. Figured it was yet another Bethbug. I've also noticed that even if I assign a bed it'll be unassigned (red) during the daylight hours and the settler I assigned to it would not return to that bed at night (tested this with a 1 person settlement and 5 beds - the guy was assigned a bed, but picked a random one each night). The whole settlement thing, IMO, is a massive Bethbug.
  2. I wouldn't mind either, as long as the settlers will actually go out and loot the corpses - they're hard to find when they're coming from multiple angles and I'm defending one side, all the others I can never find.
  3. They'll 'use' them, yes, but until they're actually assigned beds those beds won't be counted as 'sheltered' which goes a long way toward settlement happiness.
  4. yeah, I ran LOOT and it fragged my game so bad it wouldn't launch. Had to uninstall and reinstall every mod manually. And all of the junk I removed from Sanctuary and other settlements came back, untouchable, regardless of the scrap mods I was previously (and currently) using - I couldn't use scrap everything (because the scrap everything - core.esp is missing and can't be found) so I don't know what LOOT did but it certainly messed things up BADLY.
  5. Has anyone looked into something like this? Settlers being automatically assigned a bed if one is available? Because we all know how annoying it is to assign each and every settler a damn bed. Also, an indicator that they actually HAVE a bed (like the assigned job function already in game) or a marker you can select that will highlight bedless settlers?
  6. It seems Bethesda (or Steam) is really trying to put a crimp in modded game play. Either using the launcher or the shortcut overwrites my plungins.txt with an empty one, disabling all mods. The wiki says nothing about protecting your plugins file by setting it read-only, which is necessary to run any mods at all. Grant you, I don't mod much and I'm certainly far out of the loop, but with every patch they seem to be finding some way of killing mods.
  7. Anyone out there working on a mod that changes the number of points earned for each levelup? In this iterration it seems that INT does not increase skillpoint gain.
