The program Texmod (http://download.chip.eu/de/TexMod_5159640.html) allows you to modify the textures of many games, i have used this program to change the textures in Prototype or Dead Rising 2, and it also works fine with Fallout 3. Sadly it doesnt work for Fallout New Vegas. Does anyone know how to fix this? Is there maybe a difference between steam and no-steam version of FNV?

I am searching for a Mod that allows me to clone my character with his inventory. I have already the groovatron mod, but if i clone myself the clone is just naked and if i add clothes to his inventory they dont appear. Can some one please help me?

Like the title says i am searching for a true anime mod for Fallout 3. I already have Shojo and Angel Race, what i want is a race mod which makes your character look like an anime figure, so the eyes should be at least one third of the head and the nose and the mouth should be very small. I know that such a mod exists because i saw some screenshots of it at loda.jp/f3ssmod. Sadly i never was able to find the download link. I really hope that somebody knows where i can find this mod.
