When you are in build mode and target a settler the palce where he is working is green lighted, but if this place is far away you can't know if he is assigned to something. Is there any way to target a settler and get a text-based-information with the job assigned?

Am I the only one that hate clicking by error while looting in a chair and watch how slooooowly does the character sits in the chair? Is there any way to speed up this?
