Hello. I am experiencing a small bug with the interface, it looks like this: google drive video. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

After all these years I wanted to play Skyrim Special Edition again, but only this time with a full and honest experience of the combat system - one that isn't affected by difficulty levels. If someone can do it, please make this simple mod: regardless of the difficulty level, the player and all NPCs always receive and deal 100% damage. Just please, no in-game menus and other unnecessary things. Sometimes I can't decide on a comfortable difficulty level and always change it (which makes me disappointed in the gameplay), so the mod should work as described, at all difficulty levels. I want simplicity and honesty from the game and from myself. Thank you.

Hi guys. I'm 57 and I've never been good at computers or programming, so I'm unlikely to be able to create my own mod, so I decided to ask for help here - maybe someone can do it. I have an idea for a character concept: a tank summoner who fights on the front lines while their minions attack enemies from a distance. This character would have a switchable ability available from the start of the game. When activated, the ability adds 50% of the character’s maximum Magicka to their Health and Armor Rating but reduces the damage they deal by 50%. If it is not difficult and someone has free time - please create such a mod. Thank you.
