I'm running cyberpunk with vortex and when I launch it it keeps on getting stuck on the redengine title card, I've tried reinstalling cyberpunk twice also verifying the files I've also updated my drivers, I need help to fix it

I have a mod called rin's portrait mod - Bachelors and I'm running the game with vortex but in smapi it says it couldn't run bc its a empty vortex folder does anyone know how to fix it?
