Ok.. I'm betting I'm posting this in the wrong forum.. but I'm not sure what one I should be posting in....
I have recently seen some gorgeous tattoo work and body piercings.. not the body jewelry mod.. but some very lovely nose rings and studs.ear rings,chains and basically very exotic styles of facial jewelry. also some of the most impressive tattoos.. like the one with the 101 on the skin.. and some other ones.. I have found only 2 mods with jewelry.. and a few tattoo textures..but I would greatly appreciate being pointed to the ones I've mentioned.

I understand it was Mexican Holiday... that is all good and fine.. but this was IN AMERICA! not Mexico.
They have a right to their holiday,their wish for Mexican colors to be displayed. HOWEVER!
it is a Mexican Holiday held IN AMERICA!!! NOT MEXICO! To feel wearing the emblem of your country is an
offense to these people and their holiday is to say and I do not mean this lightly..is to blatantly deny you
ARE AMERICAN or even have pride in the country you live in.
As a Canadian.. this issue was recently faced in one of our elementary schools when the playing of the national anthem was banned during morning assembly because it was deemed offensive to other ethnic groups ... this caused an incredible outrage and the anthem was reinstated.
to be an American of any nationality and be party to such a travesty as that would deeply shame me.
Those people should be ashamed . I hope I've not offended anyone but I stand by Patriotism to the country you call home.. NOT the country you came from... Celebrating your heritage is fine.. celebrating it in a manner defiant of your adopted country is an insult.

Ok.. I admit it is not something you'd expect.. but I didn't even really think this up.. it was just a flash of OMG!! i mean I was just thinking of what could work and I just was watching my TV at the same time and a commercial for that new Splinter cell game came on and I saw something like that.. ok.. so I wasn't original.. LOL
But hey... I did come up with a good idea..

I take it you never got the the part where that is somewhat explained.. captured women of the 3 races are brutally raped.. repeatedly.. fed that darkspawn stuff..and if after all this they actually survive... it changes them mentally and physically.. and from then on.. I gather from the repeated matings .. they are impregnated much in the fashion of a queen bee or ant.. once mated successfully they pour out fertile eggs by the thousands for the rest of their life. that's a BIG if tho.. I got the impression that thousands of women are dragged down into the underdark.. and only a handfull of them ever survive this process.. it would be a horrific way to die.. and an even more horrific thing to survive..

I think a domestic house cat.. they are loved and cuddled . even through the fishy breath.. you can't help but love that soft fuzzy face.. no creature is more royal and queenly/kingly than your beloved feline. Plus I can lick my own crotch when I feel the urge.. LOL. Just kidding... *maybe*

this is just a sidenote on that... I'm under the impression.. if Fallout 3 follows the same basic storyline.. but years later.. as Fallout 2... then Marcus.. the Broken Hills Sheriff.. and Super Mutant.Anatomically correct at that.. ungodly anatomically correct if you are a female... ball gag found in your pack after spending a night with him...and sore in places you never thought you could be sore... So are D.C. Super Mutants from a different strain?? and if so.. shouldn't it be possible to Mod in a west coast female Super Mutant??

I agree with the idea of Bubblegum Crisis hardsuits.. no skin anywhere.. but the armor is form fitted to a female.
The suits are faster tougher and stronger than much bulkier AD Police power armor.. nothing says a battle suit can't be form fitting.. and tho it's a bit different... Pepper Potts in the female variant Iron Man armor. No question it looked very feminine and had a hottie inside..In a way they do have suits that show your shape to a degree... stealth armor and the light power armor for rangers...one of the gift choices when Sara Lyons suggests you be accepted as a member of the BOS. Some armor like that slimmed and shaped more would be interesting.

Flump is pretty near what you want.. tho I understand you want something that fires a single cluster munition.. makes it more.... controllable than Flump.. still give Flump a try.

OK.. I've just gotta add my two cents worth in here... ok.... Yes I agree sometimes too much skin can be a bad thing.. after all who want's realism when you can just have Michael Jackson?? Or one of those fake reality TV shows..
I don't mind nudity.. I see it every day in the mirror when I shower will I go to hell cause I think I have a cute bod??
Will it hurt me if my Avatar is naked ? or god forbid wearing those Grannies.. I have to admit the first time I saw those vanilla undies.. I almost gagged.. I'd wear a thong or G string without reservation.. a crop top is very cute ... and yes.. I think sexy outfits rock when I wear them .. so in a game... who cares?? there's plenty of sets that allow nudity and also some that have great body meshes and textures without nudity. as for clothing I've seen some very cute NOT revealing outfits.. some downright sexy but completely functional.. and some.. well the only part of you not covered is your imagination... just download some of the more functional mods..
P.S. I've never played Oblivion but today I was browsing the clothing files there.. some of the dresses and gowns there were soo exquisite I wished I owned them in RL..but I don't think they'd go well in Fallout 3 .
I can see it now.. elegant white pumps.. a lovely full length pale black gown slit up the side.. with rose design frills, off the shoulder with a plunging neckline.. matching Obsidian emerald and Malchite stone necklace with a ruby and sapphire ring.. and a giant Rad scorpion chasing you screaming for your life down the broken highway.

HAHAH!! UttaNutta.... you DO realize just how small even a 2 shot Derringer is??it can fit easily in the palm of your hand.. has very lousy range.. but up close is effective.. and no surgery to hide it.. tho I'm inclined to think a girl could pull it off easier than a guy.Use your Imagination...

I could suggest a 2 shot .32 derringer. small enough to conceal uhm.. in places.. mind you reloading after 2 shots does make it more challenging..I would mention.. sit down gingerly.. ya don't want it going off prematurely.. hehe

A lot of the ideas here stated are done in my quest mod 'Friendly New Neighbours'.
It's a bit outdated and should be played completly without balance changing mods to keep your PC alive.
It is an interesting challenge to survive as a slave and I had a lot of fun playtesting it.
I played your mod and found it had some issues.. such as it was easy to do quest parts out of order causing parts to become impossible to complete.. but after figuring out the proper order it was fun and interesting. My only wish was that it was more immersive. The idea I'm posing is just that. In your mod after you are finally sold.. well basically after a long trip.. or short if Dicky dies like fast.. LOL.. that guy with the Rocket launcher killed him on me just outside of Megaton.. anyways I'm looking to see a mod that continues on past you being sold.. and you actually arrive at your new owner.. and until then no idea what sort of slave you will be,anything from a mule to a pack rat looking for stuff for your new master.. or god forbid.. forced into enslaved prostitution.. or worse of all Dinner for a Cannibal. I just think a mod that results in you actually being a sold slave for however it takes for you to buy,bribe.trick or otherwise figure a way out of it.. you're a slave.. and working like a dog for your new owner.
I thought your mod was fun.. but just not enough meat and bones if you will... your slavery ended too quickly.. and had no repercussions ..If Dicky made you work as a slave for him.. that would have been interesting or if when you arrived at the place where Sister was supposed to be.. he ACTUALLY WAS.. and things just went for you from bad to much worse.
P.S. I hope what I said won't be spoiler stuff.. don't mean to..

I'm not sure if the game mechanics would allow it... but using aspects of the ice areas freezing effects and whatnot from Project Zeta I think it may be possible to make a really cool (pun intended) freeze ray gun.
Anyone interested in making a try at it?

I agree Wookie,I am hoping for someone to make a pretty immersive and difficult mod with this. one with both an angle for evil players and for good aligned.. also someone who has shown interest already in attempting to do the mod has rightly suggested to me NOT to include the perks.. or if possible perks not soo difficult to remove if the mod is removed.. so I think some of it will be easier to do that way... And as for easily breaking free after being enslaved... LOL.. if it were so.. slavers might not be in business long..

I actually disarmed him once... but ONLY once... normally it goes BOOM!! and yes... if you are looking at him when he blows up...for some reason it causes a graphics crash.. bummer...but if he runs away or you fail and he is about to blow anyways.. look away fast.. and run. if he blows then.. behind you.. never seems to crash.. just a weird glitch I guess..
