I managed to get it to move, but I had to do a clean install of Skyrim SE and Vortex. I still don't know the exact cause, but everything is running on F: drive. Thanks for all of the help, guys!

Hello! I am using Vortex (current version) and I am having difficulty with installing the mods. I was running Skyrim SE with 514 mods and it was getting too large for the C:\ drive and I moved the installation to drive F: and began downloading mods. The trouble is that each time I exit Vortex and run Skyrim SE, Vortex has disabled all of the plugins. The Skyrim SE is a Steam installation, although I don't know if that has any impact. Is there anybody that has knowledge of Vortex that can help? DxDiag.txt

I have the same problem. Will try the solution suggested by sciron524 and see if that works. ** The long list of typed commands did not work for me. Attempting another fix by killing the DB03 target and using the SetPqv command.

Figured out how to run the file verification, but it didn't work for me. For those like me who are unfamiliar with Steam here's the procedure: 1. Go to Steam 2. Click on View 3. Click on Small Mode 4. Find Skyrim and right click on it 5. Click on Properties 6. Select the tab "Local Files" 7. Click on Verify integrity of game cache This didn't work for me, but I did find a work around by downloading and installing a lighting mod with the mod manager. I suspect that this isn't a common problem, but can occur if you heavily modify Skyrim or have a corrupt game file.

I have the exact same problem. Could you please tell me how to verify the game cache? I have gone to Steam, but can't seem to find it.
