Hello. I am not sure if I have to install a patch or what; I am tech ignorant -- sorry! I have only been getting into PC gaming within the last year. I just bought the "Game of the Year Deluxe" edition via Steam for my GPD Win 4 (it's a handheld Windows PC). The integrity of files has been verified, game was uninstalled and then reinstalled, device was shut down then turned back on...I don't know what else to do besides install a patch that will supposedly fix it and, unless I misinterpreted what I read here, I need permission to download it. Also not sure if this is a Steam issue, game issue and/or device issue -- apologies in advance if this is the wrong site! Never had this happen on the 360 version I used to play. I have no mods installed either. This is so frustrating. I tried the CAPS lock on/off thing and it didn't work. My character will move normally for only a few seconds.
