[Merging ESPs]

Please suggest the best way to merge esps.

I tried via TESSnip, works for most stuff, but soon as you merge more, you can't either access the esp in GECK, or the game title screen never appears.

Or if anyone is also willing to work with me , please do tell!

Its GECK implementation.
I made NPC's, added tons of weapons and armor in one esp.
Didn't work out for me that well as either GECK didnt load or there was no menu when you start the game.

So I'm making a kind of an update to my first mod : Nick Fury companion (http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/58213/?)
This will be more of a note quest type of thing, where bunch of notes will lead from one place to another and stuff.
I have obtained many weapons,armor, home base and a vertibird mod for using here.(All mods were either modders resource, free to use or obtained necessary permission for its use).
I tried putting them in an esp and a lot of stuff, but it didn't work out so well. :(
Now, if anyone is free, will he/she be able to help me out with my mod?
I plan to release it within the next few months.
