Verify the game cache through Steam. To do this, right click on the game in Steam, click properties, and then under the Local Files tab, click Verify Integrity of Game Cache. This will redownload any missing files.

This may be what you are looking for.

Did you uninstall your Nvidia drivers and get the latest ATI ones?
read my post a little closer dude.
i followed all of the directions to change from nvidia to an ati card.
The problem im having is the game runs fine without enb but it crashes when i decide to use em. i have followed all the instructions to a T and i cant seem to figure out why.
Saying that you followed all directions is a bit vague, as there are likely many different sets of directions to be found all over the place, which may or may not include uninstalling/installing drivers amongst the instructions.
Are you running any kind of additional software for your graphics card, such as an overclocking or monitoring utility? I think I remember reading somewhere that some of these can sometimes have conflicts with ENB (I don't know of any specifically, since I use NVIDIA, and not ATI). If you are running anything of that nature, you might try closing or disabling it to see if that helps.

On the Skyrim Nexus, go to your Preferences page by clicking on your name in the top right, then "Edit Preferences" and set the adult filter to allow you to see adult content. If you already have this enabled, then there may be something wrong. In that event, perhaps if you try setting it to block adult content, save the settings, and then change it back to allow, and then save, maybe that will fix it.
-
As far as I know, if the mod contains any content that would be considered adult, even if it is just an option, then it requires the adult flag.

In the Skyrim.ini file, you can add to the [Camera] section the following:
fMouseWheelZoomSpeed=60.0000
As I understand it, this line effects the speed of the camera zoom. Its default is 0.8, so increasing it to something huge will make it seem instant.

Shouldn't need to reinstall all mods, they will still function. If there are updates for the mods available for the new patch, you will probably want to download those and install. Not sure about translations, having never used them, I don't know what effect updates would have on them.

Is This what you are looking for?

That's similar to the card I use (mine's the 4GB model). It runs Skyrim around 55-60fps with good ENB. Some of the crazier ENBs can drop it to 30fps, but there aren't many that do that. I'm also using numerous texture packs as well.

Latest version is 1.9.32.0. I personally haven't become aware of any reasons to not use it.

To upload the vanilla .bsa files would not be allowed, as far as I know. If you think you are having problems due to that bsa, then remove it from the folder (put it somewhere temporarily, without deleting it yet (just in case)) and do as Rabbit suggests, and verify the game cache through Steam. Once you have it redownloaded, you can delete the old one (no more need for it).
Edit: Posted at just the same time as you posted. Glad it worked.
Edit2: Misinterpreted prior post. Apparently it didn't work.

but ive said my piece on this. and the chat numbers speak volumes. always 20/~1,000,000, lol
Just because a site has a ton of members does not mean that they will all want to chat. I, personally, have never used a chat thing, and probably never will. I'm just not a talkative person. It is quite possible that most of the members of this site spend their time playing the games that this site is built for, since that is, I'm sure, the primary thing that draws them to the site.

Response to your #1, 2, and 12. The Nexus mod manager includes a download manager, which, as far as I know, supports pause and continue. However, I do still prefer to use a different download manager, which works just as well.
Response to #3. This prevents automated systems from coming through and downloading everything so that it can be reuploaded elsewhere without permission.
Response to #4. DL speed will depend on your location relative to the server, as well as the demand on the server.
Response to #6. As a premium member, there really isn't much that I can do that you can't. There's a couple additional servers, uncapped download speed (that I never manage to make use of, thanks to the terrible connection I have), and a less restrictive image section that gets maybe a dozen images per week. Not really worth paying for premium just for those things. I just view it as myself saying to them "Hey, I use your site. Like, a lot. Here's some cash so it stays around."
Response to #7. The search used to not be drop-down. That was changed recently, due to a variety of reasons, none of which I can recall at the moment. I think it looks much cleaner, and actually having to click on something, I think people are more likely to realize that there is an advanced search option. As for the Login being a drop-down, can't say I've seen that. I haven't had to log in to the site for a long time.
Response to #10. You can change that in your settings.

If transferring a save is considered console modding then I'll gladly drop the topic and take it elsewhere, but transferring saves appears to be such a common thing that I personally would be surprised to find out that it's console modding. What with the taboo involved and what-not.
I've heard of transferring saves before, so as to keep backups and such, but as far as I can tell, what you are referring to is a modded save, which I believe would be considered console modding.
-
To my knowledge, any discussion of transferring anything from PC (even just a save) that has been modified in any way would be considered console modding. Also, Relevant Link.

Exactly what psavola said. Skyrim only runs through Steam. When the game initially launched, once it was activated in Steam, it could be run without Steam, due to an oversight or something. That was quickly patched though, so it is impossible to run 1.9 without Steam. Legally, anyway.

1HD Weapons on Back is what you are looking for I think.
-
If you don't know about it, then I would guess that it's not been changed. I've never seen a mod change it, so the only way that it would be changed is if you went into the console and changed it yourself. So that's almost certainly not the cause of your problem. Unfortunately, I don't know what else would cause it.
-
The second problem you mention is something that I've experienced before. In my case, it seemed to be caused by an altered value for the timescale variable. If you've done anything with that, perhaps try setting it to the default value of 20.
-
I believe you can make essential NPCs killable by adding the following to the skyrim.ini:
[GamePlay]
bEssentialTakeNoDamage=0That will allow you to actually damage and kill essential NPCs. The rest of what you want to do would be a bit more complicated.
-
Perhaps try installing just the base UNP body first, and see if that looks alright, and proceed from there with additional installations. Also, it may be helpful if you post an image of the problem you're having.
-
You'll need to install some sort of UNP compatible armor replacer as well, such as This One. What happens is, the texture for the UNP body gets applied to the body underneath the armor, so if the armor is not UNP compatible, it won't look right.

Guys who play girl characters
in Skyrim LE
Posted
I'm a guy who plays female characters. I have a few reasons for doing so. First, variety of mods available. There are a lot more mods that effect female characters than male characters. Thus, there is greater ability for a unique, awesome-looking character. Second, it is a fantasy game. Fantasy, at least in my mind, should move quite some distance from reality. I am male in reality, so I play a female in fantasy. Removal of one more hint of reality. Third, rebellion. I always tend to attempt to play a game differently than what was intended. From the trailer, it seems Skyrim was meant to be played as a male Nord skilled in sword fighting. Thus, playing a female character breaks that (also, none of my characters have been Nord, and none have used sword+shield). Also, rebellion against stereotypes, since, typically, if someone started talking about a powerful dragonslayer, born with the soul of a dragon, running around the harsh climate of Skyrim, fighting armies of bandits and undead and everything else, capable of tearing apart foes with voice alone, most people would probably think of a male, assuming that a female would be incapable of such things. And fourth, variety of mods (yes I said this already, but this reason is slightly different). Since I am a male, if I created a male character, that character would need to be somewhat a reflection of myself (not literally, more like figuratively). Since I quite often take screenshots, and upload them to the Nexus, this would best be conveyed through appearance. Thus, I would want a particular type of armor. There are a few that come close to what I'm looking for, but they're just not quite it exactly. When that armor comes around, I will play a male character.
